"Who TF Did I Marry" took me on the craziest rollercoaster ride and I couldn't get off! I was so invested in that story; I watched all 50 parts cleaning my house and did so many chores lol.
I think the real take away from Reesa’s story is that societal pressure can be soooo intense. It’s not that Reesa blindly believed his lies, it’s that she KNEW he was lying and fully chose to ignore her intuition, or help him get out of the lies because she wanted the marriage, two kids, white picket fence dream so badly. I think stories like hers will start coming out more and more now, and I hope it empowers people to find fulfillment and happiness outside of a marriage and kids. Those things are choices that can make life amazing, but also can make life miserable. You’re really rolling the dice. I’ll say it again, the white picket fence dream is a gamble, not a guarantee.
Agreed wholeheartedly. I said under her post, "You wanted love more than you wanted the truth." She knew he wasn't it but saw her dream of marriage and children slipping away all because "I wanted it to be my turn." So heartbreaking.
I saw the first 8 episodes! I got up to the point where she found out he lied about the first house, never confronted him about it, got pregnant anyway, and still proceeded to look for another house and car with the dude. I'm already like, "Girl! What in the entire hail?"
This! That mug was walking around every morning for 30 minutes minimum having a fake conversation with his damn brother. And, would go up to her and look at her in her face and tell her that the brother says hello and THEN wait for her response! And then relay the message to the brother and then go on about his business and the rest of their imaginary conversation on the phone. Homegirl was laying next to THAT level of crazy the whole time... 😮

Situations like this make me nervous about my daughter's future in her adulthood. I pray that my daughter is NEVER NAIVE or GULLIBLE, especiallywhere a guy is concerned. I totally agree! She was looking directly into the camera, she was articulate, an amazing storyteller, and her recall was on point those details is what makes her story believable! Because she would be at video 42 and refer back to video number five. You can’t do that if you’re lying!
She is doing a good job of recapping but this is why you have to actually watch all 52 because it is the details in chronological order. The only way she would go back and forth is on her recap to make sure everyone understood then continued on the next Tik Tok! No one can tell a story like she can!
finally finished Who TF did I Marry, and this was just a very sad story of loneliness, lies, and hunger for love. The last part bought tears to my eyes because you can feel her pain and despair. I truly hope she heals from this and finds herself again. I pray that one day she finds the man designed for her.

Exactly how I feel. I feel like if you’ll lie about something small you’ll lie about something big. Catching you in a white lie will have questioning everywhere you’ve ever told me you were. Me personally I think my cut off would've been all the way back at quarantining together. I don't even want my own family in my house for that long lol. I was getting ate up in the comments on TikTok cause they were saying “he made a mistake blah blah blah”. I was just stating that he’ll be forever blackballed NOT because of Rihanna but his behavior even after. He didn’t seem to care for redemption at all, which is likely why he doesn’t receive it no matter how talented he is.
