Allen , the same for me . I spent years studying the scriptures. Swedenborg made many things clear to me along with the angels who showed him many truths. Although I don't with all his writings , Swedenborg is one my favorites.

When I first encountered his writings, there were several things that I was skeptical about but as I did a more in-depth study, they proved themselves true over time as I came to understand them. This wasn't true with the religion I was raised within, by which I did a very deep study and many things proved to be false the deeper I looked. But with Swedenborg's material it was the opposite - it proved more and more true. Out of curiosity, which things in his writings do you disagree with? I'm always curious to explore it more from various perspectives.

Greetings, as I was saying , I love how Swedenborg writings explore the vibrations of actions not only in spiritual realms but how heaven and hell are places inside our consciousness. Swedenborg said that he didn't believe he saw any demons as far as them being fallen Angels , but rather they were evil people who died and reside in the lower dark realms . Have you ever heard of Adam Blai ? He's a psychologist for the Catholic Church .who was a former agnostic but after going a certain cases of possession , he not became a Christian he actually witnessed fallen Angels and their insidious works . Other than that Swedenborg is spot on in my humble opinion .

@@ShamanOaks Thanks. You're doing a great job. My Mum who I cared for full time passed away a few weeks ago and these stories give me some comfort. Mum was very religious, we were both baptised Mormons, Mum was a regular and the bishop of the local mission is helping us run the service. The Mormon church has had some bad press but I can only remember good times with them.

About 40% of food/"food" is wasted in America each year, according to studies. Vegan for the planet. As about 91% of deforestation is animal agriculture. About 65% of soy crops go to feed animals. Tons of droughts of water from mass consumption. The comparison of how much water it takes to maintain a cow to have one burger equates to about 6 months of bath water for a human. Over 90% of big fish in the wild are depleted, and according to experts by 2045 all wild big fish will be wiped out. About 50% of farmed fish are what you find in the market, and studies show they're even more harmful than wild fish. About 85% of antibiotics in the world go to animal agriculture. Typical pharmaceutical antibiotics kill good bacteria too, unlike garlic and other potent antibiotics (which many people are unaware of how amazingly documented garlic is for its antibiotics effects in my ancestry Russian nation and abroad). The excessive cortisol and other things pumping through an animal that go into what you eat. The fact that epigenetics is proven a real thing, having diet, environment, and emotions play a large role in DNA structure. The fact is a lot of meat is just rotting after the animal is killed, regardless of being frozen. Breakouts of viruses and mass pollution from animal agriculture. How it especially affects poverty ridden areas where a lot of dumpsites are at and where a lot of nasty unhealthy smells (and screams of animals) are experienced from these areas. The world will hardly be habitable by 2050, scientists say. MIT computer predictions from the 70s are showing true of humans destroying themselves and the planet to disastrous levels by 2040. The theory is they vary so much because every soul is unique and God will approach you in whichever way makes you the most comfortable. Just like you wouldn’t approach the president and a child the same way God doesn’t approach us in the same way after death. If you study these enough you’ll see that it can’t be all in their heads because thousands of people have reported seeing people doing things in other rooms while dead. There’s no way to account for that other than they were not in their bodies. It takes awhile, keep searching. You’ll find the answers. Our logical brains fight accepting them pretty hard, but there’s literally WAY to much evidence for them being real in my book. The truth is out there 🙂

It actually makes me believe in them more since they vary so much. If they were all carbon copies of each other you would have literally no way to know if someone was just repeating what they heard. The fact they are all so personal and yet all have the same themes gives them validity in my eyes.

Well you're not wrong when you say it's all in your mind, because it is the creative force of existence. When people have NDEs, they actually interact with their own consciousness, just like you're doing right now, you see. I know it looks like you're interacting with me by reading this comment, but in all actuality it is impossible for you to interact with anything but your very own consciousness. I could say the nicest thing and you could interpret it as the worst and I could say the meanest thing and you could interpret it in the most positive manner - it's all up to how you choose to create your own reality. That's why there is no heaven but the one that you create right now. The experience that you're having now is exact same as the one you will have once you're in the non physical. Meaning it will yet again be your own creation, your interaction with your own consciousness. That's why experiences vary greatly and yet have some similarities, because we're not all that different after all.

You've got a good handle on what happens. Your astral body communicates with other astrals and angels and then downloads to your consciousness in this plane of existence. I often meet those who have a message for my astral in the place where the membranes touch (M theory). It's cloudy and sometimes cold. It depends on the other astral's abilities. Some are able to cross the veil easier than others just as we have different abilities in this realm. It's quite fascinating with more and more to learn.

It's strange that no-one has responded to your comments by now. If you have checked out Curtis' channel you would have been informed about the things you've mentioned. If not, then I can definitely explain a few things here. Firstly, after reading what you first said I went back and watched the video and realised that Curtis does NOT make it clear that Swedenborg claims to have lived the last 30 years of his life in two worlds at once. While much of the time he experienced normal earthly life, at other times, as to his consciousness, he was fully in the spiritual world - something he said had never happened to anyone before. His most popular book, "Heaven and Hell" is a full description of that world. The good news is that he says it is just like this world in terms of activities and life generally. But It is different from this life in that the environment of each spirit actually reflects his or her spiritual interior. So if a spirit has chosen in this life to be selfish and self-centred then their surroundings in the next one are correspondingly negative and unpleasant. This is Hell. But it is the ideal place for that person because it reflects their values and attitudes, and so they don't really want to be anywhere else. Anyone is free to leave Hell whenever they want. Swedenborg says it's a place of mercy, not one of punishment. I think that Curtis tends to shy away or gloss over what people often find to be harsher or more confronting things in Swedenborg's writings. But the downside to this approach is that is that it tends to make things unclear. Swedenborg is so very clear whenever he says anything about spirituality and how it relates to our lives. Its powerful rationality, its profound beauty, and it's remarkable scope for application to all aspects of life are all off the charts.

When Curtis talks about Swedenborg it is of someone who described himself as the 'servant of the Lord'. Swedenborg claimed to have been commissioned by God (Jesus Christ) to deliver the ultimate revelation of truth to the human race. He also said he didn't write down and distribute in the world anything contrary to what he was shown by God to be the truth.
