I think you need to show the true reflection of how much money you make rather than the sale price, as not many will know that the sale price is lower than you’re actual profit.

Booters are getting wise though, I know a lot of people who up prices for obvious resellers and rightly so. As for “define a real job,” that’s not too hard. Something like teacher, nurse, roofer…
