I have often wondered - what happened to all the history. The school told me about Egypt, Greece, Rome, the Revolutionary War, and the Civil War. So what about everything else. the Video, "Who was Ham - Generation 11" shows how Hebrew history interlocks with world history. I hope it inspires you to study your curiosities. This goes over the timeline of history and the geography of history. It is easy to see how the world unfolded when this model is used. Please enjoy "Who was Ham" and pass it on to others who are curious.

The only arguement i have is the claim that ham raped his father because he couldn't have gone to report himself. Seeing his fathers nkaedness was the issue not raping him. the Jewish rendering was expressing the gravity of that sin which is observing another nakedness because since the time of Adam it was the greatest sign of the fall.

Hello. Thanks for the biblical insight. True. In Levitical language, uncovering your father's nakedness usually refers to sleeping with his wife or concubine. But I don't think the writing of this story supports this interpretation. For instance, if Ham did sleep with his father's wife, how did Shem and Japheth cover Noah's nakedness with a cloth? Doesn't make sense does it? After reading this story in its context, I've come to the conclusion that it's refering to literal nakedness and not Levitical nakedness.

@@markakelo5856 Ham would have been crazy to rape his father then call his brother and laughingly point it out to them. I dont think that's what happen. To uncover one's father's nakedness means to sleep with the person's wife and that's what may have happened, Ham sleped with his fathers wife who may have been his stepmother, just as Reuben had slept with his father's Jacob concubine. Also caanan could have been conceived as a result of Ham sleeping with his fathers wife. There is also a story that states that the Garment that God made and placed on Adam after they were sent from the Garden of Eden was passed on to every firstborn son. In the book of Jesher, Noah was wearing the garment at the time when he became drunk and Ham stole the garment leaving his father naked. Noah cursed Caanan because caanan was Ham"s first born and Noah thought that Ham was going to give the garment to Caanan. However, cush was Ham's favourite son so Ham blessed cush and gave him the garment. The garment was meant to provide protection from the sun and gives strength and vigour.

Thank you for your great work! Because of you doing all the work, any comment seems to be rather inappropriate. Please regard this as just thoughts on my side, not to be meant in a negative way. Is it possible to speak the biblical names and places 1:1 in the biblical spelling, not the American-English spelling? (IPA-based) I am from Europe - it is a bit hard to recognize the names that way. It is also possible to recognize them, I learn how Americans speak and spell those ancient names. My interest though is more in Biblical Hebrew, in the original spelling. What if it was also about humility on the Christian side in our times. To express this also in the way of learning how to spell the names of the scriptures in the scriptures way? Could work as a reminder where all spiritual blessing comes from. Could contribute as well to an identity, based firmly in the Jewish G-d. In times of antisemitism, antizionism, antijudaism it could be crucial to teach ourselves and our children the Hebrew language. Why? Language is about identity and cultural understanding. Thank you.

While I was in Russia, an archeologist came on tv, saying that the pyramids were of pre-flood origin. At the time, I was not wise enough to write down his name. There was also another archeologist, standing in modern day west Africa, with a forest covered pyramid in the background. He said, unfortunately, no one would give him money to dig. I think it was the Ghanaians, who took him to this structure. Ham also spread into the Indus Valley. (One has but to look at the people there today to determine that there were blacks living there, at first, especially as you go farther south in modern-day India. (And not slaves brought from Africa, who suffer without rights in India today-go to SriLanka!!!) Anything to do with black people in history, modern or far past is never done right because of prejudice. God keeps this knowledge shrouded in secrecy, I believe, precisely for that reason. People like you-bah, humbug!

Jubilees ch.7 The curse of Canaan RH Charles translation . 1317 A.M.(year 1317 since creation) And in the seventh week in the first year thereof, in this jubilee, Noah planted vines on the mountain on which the ark had rested, named Lûbâr, 2 one of the Ararat Mountains, and they (1320 A.M).produced fruit in the fourth year, 3 and he guarded their fruit, and gathered it in this year in the seventh month. 2. And he made wine therefrom and put it (1321 A.M) into a vessel, and kept it until the fifth year, until the first day, on the new moon of the first month. 3. And he celebrated with joy the day of this feast, and he made a burnt sacrifice unto the Lord, one young ox and one ram, and seven sheep, each a year old, and a kid of the goats, that he might make atonement thereby for himself and his sons. 4 4. And he prepared the kid first, and placed some of its blood on the flesh that was on the altar which he had made, and all the fat he laid on the altar where he made the burnt sacrifice, and the ox and the ram and the sheep, and he laid all their flesh upon the altar. 5. And he placed all their offerings mingled with oil upon it, and afterwards he sprinkled wine on the fire which he had previously made on the altar, and he placed incense on the altar and caused a sweet savour to ascend acceptable before the Lord his God. 6. And he rejoiced and drank of this wine, he and his children with joy. 7. And it was evening, and he went into his tent, and being drunken he lay down and slept, and was uncovered in his tent as he slept. 8. *And Ham saw Noah his father naked* (litteraly speaking), and went forth and told his two brethren without. 9. And Shem took his garment and arose, he and Japheth, and they placed the garment on their shoulders and *went *backward* and covered the shame of their fatherand their faces were *backward* 2 10. And Noah awoke from his sleep and knew all that his younger son had done unto him, and he cursed his son and said: "Cursed be Canaan; an enslaved servant shall he be unto his brethren." 3 11. And he blessed Shem, and said: "Blessed be the Lord God of Shem, and Canaan shall be his servant. 12. God shall enlarge Japheth, and God shall dwell in the dwelling of Shem, and Canaan shall be his servant."(this is what this passage meant in Genesis always) 4 13. *And Ham knew that his father had cursed his younger son* (because he was already born before this drunkedness event obviously, Noah didn't curse someone who's yet to be born and somehow know how he'll be named), and he was displeased that he had cursed his son, and he parted from his father, he and his sons with him, Cush and Mizraim and Put and Canaan. 5 14. And he built for himself a city and called its name after the name of his wife Nê’êlâtamâ’ûk.

Subdivision of the Three Portions amongst the Grandchildren: Oath taken by Noah's Sons (ix. 1-15; cf. Gen. x. partly). IX. And Ham divided amongst his sons(The African continent) and the first portion came forth for Cush 11 towards the east, and to the west of him for Mizraim, 12 and to the west . p. 77 of him for Put, 1 and to the west of him [and to the west thereof] on the sea 2 for Canaan. 3 2. And Shem also divided amongst his sons, and the first portion came forth for Elam and his sons, to the east of the river Tigris till it approacheth the east, the whole land of India, and on the Red Sea on its coast, and the waters of Dêdân, and all the mountains of Mebrî and ’Êlâ, and all the land of Sûsân and all that is on the side of Pharnâk 4 to the Red Sea and the river Tînâ. 3. And for Asshur came forth the second portion, all the land of Asshur and Nineveh and Shinar and to the border of India, and it ascendeth and skirteth the river. 4. And for Arpachshad came forth the third portion, all the land of the region of the Chaldees to the east of the Euphrates, bordering on the Red Sea, and all the waters of the desert close to the tongue of the sea which looketh towards Egypt, all the land of Lebanon and Sanîr and ’Amânâ 5 to the border of the Euphrates. 5. And there came forth for Lud 8 the fifth portion, the mountains of Asshur and all appertaining to them till it reacheth the Great Sea, and till it reacheth the east of Asshur his brother. 7. And Japheth also divided the land of his inheritance amongst his sons. 8. And the first portion came forth for Gomer to the east from the north side to the river Tînâ; and in the north there came forth for Magog all the inner portions of the north until it reacheth to the sea of Mê’at. 9 And p. 78 for Madai came forth as his portion that he should possess from the west of his two brothers to the islands, 1 and to the coasts of the islands. 10. And for Javan 2 came forth the fourth portion every island 3 and the islands which are towards the border of Lud. 11. And for Tubal 4 there came forth the fifth portion in the midst of the tongue which approacheth towards the border of the portion of Lud to the second tongue, to the region beyond the second tongue unto the third tongue. 5 12. And for Meshech came forth the sixth portion, all the region beyond the third tongue 6 till it approacheth the east of Gâdîr. 7 13. And for Tiras 8 there came forth the seventh portion, four great islands 9 in the midst of the sea, which reach to the portion of Ham [and the islands of Kamâtûrî came out by lot for the sons of Arpachshad as his inheritance]. 10 14. *And thus the sons of Noah divided unto their sons in the presence of Noah their father, and he bound them all by an oath, imprecating a curse on every one that sought to seize the portion which had not fallen (to him) by his lot* 15. And they all said, "So be it; so be it," for themselves and their sons for ever throughout their generations till the day of judgment, on which the Lord God shall judge them with a sword and with fire, for all the unclean wickedness of their errors, wherewith they have filled the earth with transgression and uncleanness and fornication and sin. The violation of the oath had the following conséquences : being rooted out of the land and being infested with giants. Yah has been patient (He Always is, everything Happening in it's apointed time). Even when promising thé land to Abraham (restoration of the land to the rightful inheritants), he told him his descendants will return four centuries later to visit the iniquities of the amorites upon their children, Genesis 15. The Canaan conquest by Joshua had the following march order, killing all living things in Canaan. A genocide, by today's perspective, maybe, but taking the historical background in considération, they executed judgement upon thé descendants of Canaan. It's justice. It's the same paradigm by the end times, whether we like it or not. Yah bless.

The pyramids in Egypt must be pre-flood. A lot of the statues and the architecture were so amazingly done. Also evidence of machine drilling, cutting, shaping and marking super hard material. The technology would have been possible soon at the Tower of Babel but that was stopped when God confounded the language. So Mizraim (guessing) discovered the pyramids and with the communication diminished between him, Noah, Shem, Ham and Japheth, having children that could not relate to a super advanced pre-flood world, a lot of error crept its way in by those who sought not God. Also, look at the advanced structures in India, Peru, Combodia, etc.: See Praveen Mohan's channel. Furthermore, there was a written language world wide which is called pre-sanskrit. I believe this had Adam the very first day he was created. He named the animals that God brought unto him so he was already very intelligent.

Thank you for quoting the Bible as you went along! I feel in the coming days to help God's children who are lost we have to be able to fight the knowledge of atheist! A lot of times atheists know more about the Bible than Christians. That is how atheists gained their momentum and have began to outnumber Christians. I do have to think that there may be some structures that survived the flood. Perhaps some areas flooded more gradually further away from the "fountains". I think many buildings that were "carved from stone" are in fact, pre flood buildings. There is one in the Ukraine where houses literally have huge chunks of earth on the tops....I don't think they buried them, more like they got buried in the flood. Just a guess though. I love your videos, thank you!

We assume rocks were cut out by nephelim I believe , so my confusion is when they say they will make bricks out of mud and heating it up, so they can reach the heavens then God confused the languages. What reference can you point me to that’s discuss the making of pyramids , even though the Tower of Babel would be a great indication of such my issue again is the mention of making bricks instead of the cutting of rocks from the query’s Thank you again for your help

"gods" does not have the same meaning like we think of the monotheistic sense of a supernatural all powerful creator. But gods always meant those(heavenly beings or earthly mortals) deputed to rule and judge others in the behalf of the Supreme Being Yahuah so as to maintain cosmic justice. They can then chose remain loyal to the Supreme being's righteous principles and rule as viceroys or rebel seeking to please themselves they became kings and tyrants. Over time cultures emphasized the earthly aspect of the one cosmic government as worshiped these gods(judges, magestrates, kings, patriachs, etc) as God the Supreme judge.

Leviticus flat out says "the nakedness of thou father's wife shalt thou not uncover: it is thou father's nakedness." So all this "Ham raped/sexually assaulted Noah" when the Bible clearly gives the definition of "father's nakedness" is ridiculous when spoken absolutely. Next, 9/10 in biblical contexts, when they're speaking of "drinking wine" it's about to be sexy time, but Noah got way too drunk and he blacked out before he even touched his wife. In a couple of the LXX scrolls, Noah had two wives prior to the flood similar to Jacob with Leah and Rachel: two boys belonged to one wife and the 3rd son belonged to the other. One wife died (didn't say how) prior to the flood leaving Noah with one wife. It didn't specify who belonged to who but just using context clues, Ham's mom was the wife that died pre-flood making the wife of Noah that he slept with Shem and Japheth's mom. There's at least one other LXX scrolls that said Noah's wife died pre-flood and the wife on the ark is another he saved and brought onboard (she was no one's mom but Canaan). So after the flood receded and Noah's planted vineyard bore fruit and he made wine to celebrate, he got too drunk to perform for his wife. Ham happened upon him passed out, knew what was about to happen, and stepped in essentially taking Noah's place as "King" by taking his queen (who is not Ham's mother either way) for himself. She got pregnant, they had Canaan, and this is why Noah curses Canaan saying "he'll be a servant to his brethren" (Shem and Japheth's lineages)...and this is why Jehovah holds a grudge against Canaanites. The same way he hates and punishes Cain for what his mother did with the Serpent against his first man Adam, he hates and punishes Canaanites for what their father Ham did with his then favorite man Noah's wife.

You should use scripture not Jewish folk lore and conjecture and you wouldn't be so far off the mark. Noah wasn't raped! His wife was by thier son Ham! According to Duteranomy a man's nakedness refers to his wife. So when Ham saw his "Father's Nakedness" its referring to Ham having raped his mother and the defilement of Noahs Wife, while his father was drunk. Thats why Shem and Japhet walked backwards was to show respect and honor to thier Mother as they covered her up.

@@MercyAlwyz23 Noah didn't curse an innocent child because of the sin of his father. He was essentially cursing Ham by saying your line or posterity will be cursed because of your unrighteousness. Noah knew that a man who would commit such wickedness would not raise up his children in righteousness and would bring upon his own children the curse of God through a failure to nature them in the faith and admonition of the Lord. By cursing Cainaan Noah was essentially stating the obvious result that would come from one Generation teaching rising Generations to be wickedness and to not walk in obedience to the Lord. In other words Ham brought upon his children the curse of God through his disobedience and neglect to be a righteous example. Noah was just the mouth piece of the Lord in declaring the reality of consequences Ham would bring upon his own posterity. Did God punish Japheth and Shems posterity? No infact through Noah God stated the obvious fact that both lines would prosper because both Men were known to be righteous and good men. God essentially knew their posterities would be raised to observe God's laws. Cursing Ham would have done little to Ham and it simply would have meant nothing to Ham. To curse his posterity however would certainly drive home and bring to bear the extreme affront Ham had committed. It was literally the only sizeable and proportional consequence that would have caused Ham any amount or remorse or self reflection for his unbelievably damming evil. Lets not forget he raped his own Mother! There are fewer offenses as evil as rape but to violate the chastity of your own Mother is undoubtedly a great offense to God. Ham showed himself to be unworthy of the Priesthood and that he couldn't be trusted with the sacred knowledge of Eternal life. He was therefore cursed indirectly by knowing his posterity would be denied the blessings of life eternal as a direct result of his wickedness. Knowing the choicest blessings of Eternity would be reserved for the posterity of his brothers lines would be something he would have to live with his entire life. Knowing he had disgraced his own name and blackened his posterity with the unforgivable act of desecration perpetuated on his Mother he and his posterity would be hated and thus enslaved and mistreated for generations to come as the natural consequences of his actions. Cursing Ham would have essentially not been a punishment at all. To curse a man's posterity? I cannot think of any greater punishment! Not even eternal damnation. To damn Ham would be one thing. To damn his posterity to the 3rd and 4th generation or possibly longer, and have the sins of all those innocent 😇 children and their blood crying for vengeance upon your head, that is a far worse punishment. Ham will suffer, not just for his sins in hell but for the sins of all those who were cursed as a result of his actions. The blessings they were denied surley led them away from God into paths of unrighteousness and iniquity. All those countless million, who as a result of his wickedness, fell away and committed sin will be forgiven and Ham will have heaped upon his head the sins of them all. His punishment will be as Cains was. It will be more than he can bear and upon the day of judgment he will awnser for it all. Its one thing to suffer for your own sins but lead generations astray and you will suffer unknowable anguish and the wrath of a just God until every measure of his wrath has been placated!!!

Darris you got that one wrong, and it does not make any sense, especially from a biblical perspective. The incident did not involved Noah wife, because the Bible would had honestly specify that. What some scholars speculate, it was Canaan that committed or tried to molest Noah. Ham was overlooked due to telling his brothers, and not scolding his son Canaan due to the incidents, hence Noah curse Canaan due to Canaan perverse nature. Also we do not know the age Canaan was, it could had been a teenager or even and Adult. Also look at the history of Canaan descendants and their sexual practices for example Sodom and Gomorrah, that kind of behavior been past on to his descendants. However, the others sons of Ham was not involved in the incidents, so not curse. Because Noah specifically "curse be Canaan", hence the incident involved Canaan himself. Your interpretation was definitely "off", and not supported by scholars.
