Who Was John the Baptist? 

This gave me goosebumps! Recently, I read the account of Joseph in Egypt. And I watched the video about the archeological discoveries of a building that appears to have been used for storing grain and the long hall with cubicles where people could have sat to receive payment for the grain. It was such a blessing to see where these events most likely actually happened.

John was the true messiah and he was also John the evangelist and John the Revelator. Yeshua was his new name Phillipians 2:10 he received at his spiritual resurrection at the Jordan. Romans 1:3-4. The same event that happens to every chosen, foreknown, predestined son of the elect.

He was one of many apocalyptic preachers in the first century. This video fails to address how unremarkable that was when put in context.
