They're not the personification of the Force, they're just Force Gods. Not THE Gods, just a part of the Godly race of Celestials. These so happen to be in a family unit, is all. The Bendu is also most likely a Celestial, another kind

Contrary to popular belief, the Mortis gods don't represent aspects of the Force. I don't know where that came from. The entire 3 episodes are a reenactment of the Star Wars story from The Phantom Menace to The Return of the Jedi. The Daughter is the Jedi Order. The Son is the Sith Order. The Father is Jedi High Council. I don't know how it is that nobody is recognoting the events of Star Wars in the Mortis episodes. Remember how Qui-Gon kept wondering if Anakin was the Chosen One, then wanted to take Anakin to Jedi Council to be assessed, but as they began their journey to Coruscant Darth Maul attacked Qui-Gon? And Qui-Gon afterward identified his attacker as Sith. That's exactly how the first Mortis show begins. The Daughter approaches Anakin asking "Are you the Chosen One?" She tries to take him to her Father, but she's almost injured by a rockslide. Afterward, she identifies her attacker as being her brother. Remember when Mace Windu and others from Jedi Council identified Palpatine as Sith, tried to arrest him, but they were all killed. And immediately afterward, he destroyed the Jedi Order with its own weapon, the Clone Army? Isn't that how the 2nd Mortis episode begins? The Father told the Son, 'You are Sith, I have to stop you.' But the Son went straight gangsta on the Father, incapacitated him. And then he killed the Daughter with her own weapon, the "dagger of Mortis"? There was the time Ahsoka went to prison. After her release, she died from her life in the Jedi Order. Later she was resurrected as a wandering Jedi. That's exactly how it played out in the 3rd Mortis episode. How can anyone not recognize Anakin, in an unexpected, very swift move, kill Emperor Palpatine in the final Mortis episode? Whoever came up with, "The Daughter is the embodiment of the light side of . . . " Yeah, he messed that up. 😂😮😅😅😅😅😅
