As a Pakistani who grew up in USA with lot of India and Pakistani friends helps me understand the method behind the taste war. My 25 year of love for food and traveling help me a lot to understand the differences and Commonalities Between Indian and Pakistani Cuisine and there taste and liking : Let start with Pakistani food, Pakistani food have variety of flavors that reflect the country's rich history and cultural diversity. you can divide Pakistani cuisine based on the food in seven region , Kashmir , Gilgit-Baltistan , Khyber Pakhtunkhwa , Punjab , Baluchistan, Sindh and (Karachi the Pakistan melting pot, The epic center of Mughul-inspired cuisine and Pakistan food capital) Pakistani culinary landscape heavily influenced by Authentic Mughul-inspired cuisine, mean Traditional Mughal/modren day Pakistani cusine draws influences from all over Central Asia specially Uzbekistan, and the Middle East specially Turkey and Iran. Spices, herbs, and cooking techniques reflect this rich history. Which mean heavier use of meat and light on spice but heigh on authentic flavor's of meat ,aroma and presentation rather then spice, as you can find in most Authentic Mughul-inspired cuisine which emphasizes aromatic spices and herbs , creating a harmonious blend of flavors. which Shows a diverse array of dishes such as pulao's, biryanis, kababs, kormas, karahi, nahari, roosh ,Sajji ,Dumpakht and namkeen gost etc. Unlike its Indian counterpart which is lean towards a heavier use of veg (no meat) and very high on spices. Indian cusine have complex variety of flavors but Unlike its Pakistani counterpart it lean towards a heavier use of veg and very high on spices, heigh on authentic flavor's of local spice , aroma and presentation depending the country's region, India is masala Vegetarian paradise . As the famous MS Dhoni, the Indian cricketing legend, has openly expressed his admiration for Pakistani cuisine. In a viral video, he even suggested a fan visit Pakistan solely for the food! As famous food blogger Mark Wiens Migrationology said on his one of Pakistan food video, pakistan is meat haven one should must visit Pakistan just to try chapli kabab and he ranked pakistani food one of his top three foods. Simple, Indians are good at making veg dishes, and Pakistanis excel in non-veg. Plus, if you want the best biryani, head to Karachi for Pakistani biryani or Hyderabad in India for Hyderabadi biryani.
Absolutely wrong. Indians r best when it comes to non-veg cuisine. India has world's best non-veg + sea food cuisine. Also there is truly no Pakistani cuisine as Pakistan has come out of India only. So all dishes r actually Indian in origin
Actually pathan people have more mild food than punjabi and sindhi etc. It woukd make more sense for the Pakistan sode to also have food from thr other side of punjab which is in Pakistan. It should be kept according to the geographic and environmental factors in mind. Like colder places in india will have more similar food to colder places in Pakistan
I think ke Pakistani influencer thori si halki thi in terms of energy and all, should have approached better influencers, like chapli means chapti, chapli word is orginated from the language in kpk.
Kulcha is extremely common in Pakistan and no we don't use two daal and the dress in khan cafe staff is wearing it represent (khattak one of pashtun tribe) not all Pakistan and no peshawar ka pulao kabuli pulao famaous hay lahore ka yakhni pulao aur biryani karachi ke leykin puray Pakistan mei biryani banae jati hay tandoori khana bhi famous hay Pakistan mei aur Khan cafe mei truck art hay Jo k linked to Khyber pakhtunkhwa province and chapli kebab is speciality of kpk province
It's more Pashtun Cuisine instead of Punjabi Cuisine. No Karachi Biryani, No Bannu Pulao, No Kabuli Pulao, No Balochi Sajji, No Lahori Chargha, No Paaye, No Nalli Nehari, No Hunzai Chaap Shoro. Pakistani Cuisine had many more strong contenders to compete.
As an Indian (not being biased) i would say we have the better food because of the larger variety and many more options , but pakistani food is also quite good.
Fitaay moon yar food ka muqanala woh bi dubai main yeh banta hi har city ka apna taste hota hy us city ya province ka pani peetha ya saltay zameen ki vegatabales phir wasia hi un kay dishes ka maza sawad hota hy ab app yeh kaho dubai main lahore ta dehli ka maza ho hi nahi sakta
Let me say the non spoken truth here. The cuisines in South Asia are divided by Religions. The best Non veg cuisines are made by Muslims, Parsi and Christians, Doesn't matter India, Pakistan, Bangladesh etc.. While the best Veg is made by Hindu and Sikhs, again doesn't matter India, Pakistan, Bangladesh. This is truth no one can deny
@@sabeehulhassan5841 dont degrade others many mughali dishes were developed in india , indian Muslims cooked good food , thats why you have good food in lahore and Karachi because many migrated from India to those places, And Still Muslims in india has great food but we adopted to be less spicy as compare to them
Interesting video, however lets also highlight that categorizing the food in India as Indian cuisine is itself an injustice to the diversity of cuisines in India.
Pakistani food ka jawab nhi best food in the world indian veg food zyada acha hai daal makhni waghera aur paneer waneer hum aisay khatay nhi haa butter kulcha looks good ye nan indian ko iskiye bhi pasand nhi aye aur grilled chicken kyu k ye kpk ko belong krty hai aur hum log zyada tar dry thodi sakht boti oil waghera nhi use krty zyada hum kadhayi bhi sheep fat may hi banatay hai.
There was nothing unique about the dishes shown by Pakistani lady. All these dishes r made in India Mutton chapli kababs r made a lot in Bihar Actually its all Indian cuisine only, the video was just creating unnecessary drama And Biryani hasn't come with mughals Bianca Biryani is an Indian dish well known in India long before mughals came. Maansodan dish from Paak-Darpanam by King Nala had meat cooked with rice
Making your own happiness chapli kabab isn't indian originated dish har chez par zzabrdasti qabza bnd krdo chapli kabab kpk originated dish h and adhi say zayda cuisine tm logon ney Mughal k utha ka apna lable lga dia hua h intahi jahilna bt ki same apni trahn
@@itxsj6270 lol😂😂 agar tmari hi baat maan li jaye ki chapli kabab kpk originated dish h, to kpk kaha ka h??🤣🤣🤣 Itna hi bata do Mr. non-jahil😂😂 Kpk b to India ka hi part tha Mr.akalband🤣 Pura Pakistan India ka hi to part tha pehle Pakistan ka apna original kya h? Jab Pakistan khud hi original nhi h, to Pakistan ta original kya hoga
@@victoriaalex6163 I live in Europe, have so many india friends, no one have heard about chalpi kebab, rosh, shinwari karahi, namkeen champ, and bannu beef plau, balochi sajji, takatak etc. These dishes are made in Pakistan not India, otherwise Indians would have heard of it. So stop your non sense and accept the difference of cuisine which Pakistan offer. By the way I have tried Indian food and I'm also good at cooking. Pakistani food is far better when it comes to meat dishes, no one can deny even my Indian friends also accept it. However, Indians are better in cooking veg food and they have more varieties. Instead of talking non sense do some research.
@@usmanzaib574I don’t think you make such a broad statement. Indians have plenty of meat dishes that are just as good as anything from Pakistan. Pakistan also has some outstanding vegetarian dishes like Lahori Chana Masala.
Pakistan nikla to hai india se hi na khana to acha hoga hi lekin jo khana Pakistan me milta hai lagbhag saare khaane india me mil jayenge lekin india ke saare khane Pakistan me nahi milenge because of india diversity
Taking her to the Peshawari restaurant where pathans make food wasn't a good choice she should have taken her to a restaurant where food is cooked by either punjabis of pakistan or someone from khi .
There is no muslim food. The muslims have learnt all this food from India only. So it's Indian food only. And yes there is no Pakistani food too as Pakistan has come out of India only
🤣, like really, that was just a bit of Pakistani cuisine, non veg game is for Pakistan, but veg game is definitely for india. The Pakistani influencer was a bit underwhelming
I would recommend you other food influencers of Pakistan like hamza . You will get the idea of cuisine wr have here, that influencer didn't did well to be honest .
Keep in mind that veggies are cooked in very little oil, but in meat dishes, excessive quantities of oil/ ghee are used to enhance the taste. Also, it's based on personal choice as well.
