WTG Merlin! Similar to riding a bike or trailering it to Sturgis, your win started before you even got to the event by driving the old Dodge (I think you said 360 miles) to get there instead of trailering it. Then you picked on up and persevered from there. You and that old Diesel Dodge are badazzes. Waaaay cool and entertaining! 👍

Old School tech, old school fabrication, and budget friendly DIYer's at it's finest!! I don't even like diesel's but always been a fan of the build's you do. It reminds me of how I've done all my crawlers and bikes. At home and without throwing your wallet at it. If it works it works. All the flash and expensive parts don't always get the job done. Great effort driving, but especially the recovery from the breakdown. I do wish you would consider putting a rollbar in Tow Mater for future events. That's a lot of weight to be held up by that old roof. Granted there's more metal in that old cab than some newer models.
