Zverev will put himself in there no matter what the occasion. Cooking, tango dancing, poetry writing, French impressionistic painting, it doesn't matter
@@SJ-di5zu yea I know, just joking around lol, but sometimes you gotta admit that after some points he has that "i ate too much at a buffet, now I'm full" kinda walk
@@shikhargovil9579 Daniil has a solid 2050 points ahead of rafa rn. Daniil can only lose half his points from Toronto finals 2019 and cincinnati win 2019 so that's 300+500=800. Rafa could lose half his points from Toronto win in 2019 so that's 500. That brings the difference to 1750. Rafa would need to win cincinnati AND Toronto to gain the lead on daniil, assuming daniil doesn't play both or loses first round, which is highly unlikely. I predict daniil is seeded #2 for the us open.
Medvedev picks Opelka. "He's not the best, but I wanna see how he does." One second later: "I want the best team, I'm not doing good so far with Opelka" Bro, why you gotta do him dirty like that? 😂😂 Just pick someone else!
Monfils is in everyone’s list. And where it isn’t, it’s because they forgot about him in that moment. Amazing athlete. Could have been an Olympian in multiple sports.
That's why I like Medvedev. Great sense of humor, smart, and he really has a beautiful game on hardcourt. But Olpeka is getting the jibing serve-towers usually get.
Before all the injuries to his foot and knees, Rafa was fast as hell. I watch some of his old highlights and am amazed. That’s why he gave Roger so much trouble. He got to every dang ball and could run for 5 sets. Amazing athlete.
Damn nicely played Tennis TV for the suspense. I almost lost hope to see Zverev but of course he would be last and obviously he would pick himself. Well done.
Sasha ofcourse didnt miss the opurtunity to put himself in there as well . By this point ATP are leaving his comment for last just because of the MEMES
In this order: 1. De Minaur 2. Tiafoe / Djokovic (I'm still undecided on who would take that second position) 3. Schwartzman 4. Monfils I'd take Nadal in his prime over Schwartzman but not in his current form
@@dr.indianajones9558 That's why I'm putting him in 4th place. Because In a relay competition, the last athlete must be the fastest, as he is the one who closes the race.
@@adamcang4683 what are you basing this on? did you see the guy train? Or even get balls that most players don't even attempt to get. If he puts himself in the top, 4 im pretty sure he belongs there. He is tall, skinny and has zero fat. all the markings of a great sprinter.
@@jamieling5664 Do you have any evidence to back up that statement? If you do not, it's purely speculative on your part. By watching tennis from the 70's i actually believe that Novak is probably one of the fastest guys on the tour based on the number of ball he gets to that most players don't even come close to getting. Speed is one of the reasons Novak is probably the Greatest athlete ever. You probably never seen videos of his training. there is a reason why at 34 years old after 4 hours of running around Novak looks fresher than his much younger opponents.
@@SuperAlex2504 Novak uses his insane flexibility to reach balls while having to run less than others players. I don't have the stats, but i'm pretty sure for just watching a lot of tennis that guys like de minaur and monfils are a lot faster than him
Ain’t it funny that so few of these guys pick Djokovic? The guy is possibly the quickest the game has seen along with Monfils. He also has the ability to lift his level when needed.
Monfils was a national champion in 100m for juniors if i remember correctly. It may not be national, but I know he was a very successful sprinter. Can anyone confirm? I would say de minaur Monfils Hewitt (in his prime) And either rafa or novak
Funny how they don’t choose Novak often. He’s the quickest guy on tour with 22,73 mp/h 2. Andy Murray 21,66 3. G. Simon 19,11 3. G. Dimitrov 17,98 4. D. Ferrer 17,28
I do remember these stats from the Australian Open a few years back. I just don't know how accurate they are. For example its very unlikely Novak is 31.5% (22.73/17.28) faster than Ferrer, that'd be insane. Perhaps many of the players never reached their top speed in the matches in which case these stats are useless. But I do agree he seems to be one of the fastest on tour.
Quickness on the court isn't the same as a 100m sprint, though. Novak isn't slow, of course, but I don't think he's Monfils or De Minaur fast in a 100m sprint.
Some of these answers from the players! Were they using any logic all? I know some of the responses ppl were joking around, lol. And I was hoping they'll ask Zverev because I knew he would put himself in there 😆
Monfils, de Minaur, Alcaraz, Dimitrov is a damn good team. Nadal, Djokovic, Fognini, Schwartzman all have an argument but I would probably the first four guys over anyone else.
As soon as Zverev revealed his 3rd pick I knew there would be at least a dozen "put myself" jokes in the comments section. And well what do you know, just scroll down!🤣
I've never heard the name of Marton Fucsovics pronounced correctly... some say Fuchsovic, here Andrey says Fuskovic, when in fact both "cs" are pronounced the same: foot-chovitch
