@@spudgamer6049 All the more reason for his unfounded suspicion. Clearly two individuals this relaxed are above (below) any undue consideration for being involved in such things. ;)
Something goofy and silly showing how dumb it can be to be in fire rescue and EMS and then turns around and sucker punches you across the jaw and knees you in the gut with the fact that really serious stuff happens and it's a job that can break people in half. Like SCRUBS but for first responders.
@@HauntTechTips Oh absolutely. Little pick-me-ups are nice, but having those be like little outtakes from the show, like 'this is what the crew was up to that wasn't relevant to the plot of this week's episode' things.
And if I see someone coming into the fire to rescue me and I see dum dum 2 I would be shitting myself want reallly wanting to know what happened to dum dum 1
My brother is an EMT/ Firefighter and he tells me stories all time. Some horrific, some hilarious. I love these videos because it gives me a better visualization of all his stories.
These guys are so famous that the paramedics in my city know exactly who im talking about and the city they work in if I even vaguely reference any of these videos.
when i get the "did you do this?" i always answer with "do what?". not because i'm playing dumb but because there's a lot of things i did and i want to make sure i'm on the same page
You beat me to it! I was going to say the same: the Korean "Conflict" wasn't that long ago... Well, it was 70 years ago. But still, you had a few too many "greats" in your reply.😂
We had a LT who answered his phone with “Hi daddy” relized why he said any and all emotion dropped from his face and he walked outside to finish the call, in the 35 minutes he was on the phone we changed any labels with his name to Lt.Daddy
Lol I thought you meant he answered all phone calls with hi daddy 😂. Which would epic lol. Had to read it a few times to realize he calls his dad daddy. Lol
I called my Dad Daddy until he died when I was in my 30’s. I blame my time in Mississippi. I only spent 1st-5th grade of my childhood there, the rest was in NY & Long Island. We moved to the southern midwest my senior year where I’ve lived since.
Been said a million and one times but these guys need their own show. A series of what goes on at the firehouse and all the calls they go on. It would be an instant hit.😂
My dad Was a Battalion Chief here at Hanford in Washington for Several years before he passed away and I absolutely Love this! He actually did something similar to his Crew and it was hilarious 😂. Thank you for the amazing Memory this morning ❤️🐉
My favorite was the day we cleaned and polished the Captain's Blackened Helmet, It took him forever to realize that the Shiny Red One was actually his... And he was Pissed at Us!!!!😂👨🚒🤣
Mine would probably be waterfall: I was a brand new rookie and the LT was giving me a tour around the tender. I asked if I could pull the big lever on the back that was connected to a one foot square chute. Lt says go ahead😈. Cpt says leave that alone😑.
I've seen some comments including one on this short that suggest these guys deserve their own show, and I can't help but imagining a Corner Gas style show about them.
Look. You two better start a better comedic version of Chicago Fire. 😂 😂 😂 You two absolutely need a damn show together. Time to start exploring options. 😂
Tons of legit firehouse pranks that have been. One golden rule that is to never be broken in the fire service. NEVER, EVER, EVER, FUCK WITH SOMEONES SAFETY GEAR. EVER!!!
I'm gonna confess something that has been on my chest for years: One day in first grade for some reason, I decided to switch around my classmates name tags. They sat in the front of our desks and were laminated pieces of paper with a magnate on its back. Throughout most of the day I would switch it whenever we got up. At almost the end after our last recess, classmates noticed and told the teacher. Here's the thing, I was a quiet well behaved student so they didn't suspect me. Immediately for some reason they blamed a male classmate of mine because earlier they saw his hand touch a name tag. He just had to reorganize it, but I'll never forget the fear. (Also to be fair, one of the first people who caught on suggested, "Let's check who doesn't have their name switched." But someone mentioned his hand near the name tags. Low key feel like I conducted a psychological experiment.)
