Did your life P3’s hiss when connected to a Windows PC? Can you try it out for me? Im thinking of ordering them again for a replacement since my first pair hissed only on PC’s.
Got mine for 2 weeks ago p3 and watching movies with them are crazy 👏👏👏👏👏. The only thing that bothers me with p3 is they are not that loud that i want them to be when listening to music. If they were a bit louder it would get full pott from me otherwise for the price they are absolutely badass and can compare to the bigger brands.
Saw a comment from you about how you give your all for every review, even for lesser known brands. Two things to say: one is that I really appreciate that, it’s so helpful when looking into a market as deep and with such great variety like true wireless earbuds. Also, with the products they’re putting out Soundcore won’t be a “lesser known company” much longer. They are putting out some bangers! Great review as always bro!
Right on point, Jeff. It's incredible how you have improved the channel adding a lot of stuff into every video making easier what earbuds we should get. Really surprised
This video is great Jeff. Compared 5 options, ranked them, and explained how you made your decision. Perfect buyer's guide for that price segment. These brands are really throwing us a lot of product at reasonable pricing.
*sees $80 earbuds that have 30 different features including noise cancellation* "These earbuds aren't interesting to me." ....what? I was listening to grainy AM music with tin cans when I was a kid. Kids these days, man....
Good job on this review! I was leaning towards the SoundCore Life P3, but ended up buying the 1MORE Comfobuds after hearing the microphone differences.
Thanks Jeff. Solid, in depth review. I have a pair of P3s, on order. With so many buds and headphones out there I really appreciate you being there to sort through them. Awesome work, thanks again on another outstanding review.
Your reviews have always been my favorite, but i still listen to a lot of other reviews. However, since you started this format where you give comparisons, I’ve kind of stopped watching other reviews. Thank you for what you do.
Hello, I have owned AirPods for a while and have Sony Noise Cancelling Headphones and wasn’t really looking for noise canceling earbuds, but earlier this year new tenants moved into our apartment building and they have a dog that will bark if it hears noise out in the hall so when I go out for my walks I wanted something that wouldn’t break the bank but help in that department. I found these earbuds on Amazon and then went straight to RU-vid to find a good quality review. Your video was the first I watched and sold me on purchasing these. Nicely done.
I first got the icon+ speaker and it's great. Then I got the offer to get the p3 when it released and I absolutely love them. Anker is a brand to be reckoned with.
Hey man, I watch a lot of reviews and see people take forever to say very little. Sometimes they are downright annoying. I feel like you you get to the point and don't drag it out. Well spoken as well. I appreciate your review. Stay blessed brother.
I used to get aggravated by the controls of my comfobuds pro but I don't really notice it anymore. I often get asked by my colleagues what my headphones are because they always tell me that my voice is super clear. I agree with the volume of this beast. You can't get better at this price point(got it for 80 dollars). Thanks for putting in real effort in your reviews, El Jefe. I no longer subscribe to other earbuds reviewers because I only trust you. You help us basic consumers make better choices in this growing industry. Excited for your long overdued success and virality.
Dude your review was 🔥🔥. I know the Life P3 was the main selling point of the video but the bits about the Comfobuds sold me. Just bought a pair from Amazon. The call quality was so nice. Thank you and keep it up. Hitting that good ole sub button.
Your video quality keeps getting better....especially appreciate the volume and the earbuds comparison section....your offically my fav review channel 👍
i love your commentary. its really accurate. i bought the Anker Life A2 NC because of your review on its call quality and i havent regretted. people on the other side of my phone call cant even detect that im driving with the windows down. thanks so much and thanks to anker too
Based on your review, ComfoBuds Pro True Wireless Earbuds seems to have the best audio quality overall and voice calls quality sound is better. That's all I really need for me. After spending so much money buying BT JBL, audio-technica and Monster wireless earbuds, they all lack voice calls quality and stable calls without dropping out or sounding like an AM radio when making regular audio calls in virtually noiseless indoor environments. Great review. I will order ComfoBuds Pro earbuds.
Awesome, been waiting on this review. I know ear sizes are different but do they have a deeper secure fit than the liberty air 2 pro and comfobuds pro? They seem hard to get in securely in my ears with their shape.
On sale for $60, these are an even greater Soundcore pick right now. I've had the L3P for a week or so, and no matter which wing/tip I use, I couldn't get a consistently good fit, plus one of the buds doesn't always snap properly into its case slot, so considering their cost, they're going back, and I'm planning on replacing them with these, as they check all my boxes except multipoint, which I'll honestly miss. With the money saved, I can also snag a set of Tranya T40 for running/exercise, and I'll still have money left over. Thanks for the review and comparisons.
Thanks to you and 21.3 less important reviews I bought the soundcore life p3 they have an excellent sound with emphasis on the basses and musical instruments. I really like how they are heard but I also miss the sound with emphasis on the voices of my lost nb2. The ear seats are a little smaller than the nb2. Point for soundcore because I have small ears and they fit me much better. also the box looks better built and heavier. these p3 if they have firmware update, the nb2 supposedly also but they have never updated.
I got mine yesterday. My first impressions, good fit, great noise cancellation, very good sound quality, poor max volume. These need to be significantly louder for my listening!
I just picked up the P3s, I have to say that I like these WAY more than my previous fav 1more Comfobuds Plus. The app and customization options make a huge difference. I find them lighter and more comfortable (for my ears) perfect fit. ANC is maybe slightly better on the 1More but it's not game changing. To be honest I'm very disappointed with 1More for releasing a new color with more options and not providing the update to the originals. Very shitty PR move.
I had an order in for the 1MORE comfobud pro's. Was supposed to get them today (12/20/21) and cancelled the order when I found out that there's no EQ for the black/white versions? DEAL BREAKER. and why use a 3rd party app?
Thank you for the great review Jeff. Made me buught mine this 12.12 sale and I freaking love it. Tons of feature and Awesome sound quality. This will be definitely my Earbuds for at least maybe 2 years or more.
So I bought these and they are fantastic, but one thing I miss from my previous earbuds (the original galaxy buds) is that on the Galaxy buds ALL of the features worked even when only using one earbud. On the Life P3's, you can only use the app features like equalizer or transparency mode while using BOTH earbuds. I frequently use just 1 earbud at work and this is pretty disappointing even though I love everything else about them.
That's super disappointing! I also only use 1 most of the time, gotta be able to hear what's going on. So it works with just 1, you just lose all app features? Do they still sound decent with only 1 in ear?
@El jefe videos keeps impressing me video after the video. Your videos are exceptionally so good. The level of details you pay attention to is exceptional. I keep imagining the amount of effort you put into this. The comparison section always makes my day.
My father has been looking for a new pair of buds! I honestly want him to try these because he is hard of hearing and 9/10 volume will be great. And since I know the sound it's app a little I can tell him how it works. Thanks Jeff!
Monster comparisons. I needed this bc my youngest has had difficulty finding earbuds that fit her tiny ears until we tried my Earfun Free Pros. They worked and thus I must find a replacement 🤣 May go for those 1More Comfobuds if not a 2nd set of Earfun Free Pros. Thx El Jefe and keep bringing the top-notch comparisons!!
Made my shopping decisions super easy! My wife and I are Anker junkies... seriously... We have a number of the 20k+ PowerCore products, a number of the SoundCore speakers, more plugs, cables, and adapters than I care to admit... And of course wireless earbuds, because we consume a LOT of audio books, music, reviews, and whatever makes sound. I have a set of Life P2, and my wife is using an old set of Liberty something. With all the deals going this week, I wanted to pick out some great new ear buds and was already set on selecting from the SoundCore offerings. Based on experience, personal preferences in audio styles, and how we use our esrbuds, my selections were super easy. For my wife who is a musician, and music expert, I opted for the Space A40. They seemed to offer the best balance of clean sound, superb battery, and the very small form factor in ear buds and case design that she prefers. For myself I was between the Life P3i and the P3. In the end, battery life, preferred form factor, and EQ options of the P3 won me over. I listen to audio books all year long, and prefer the stem design of the Life series, along with the EQ optimization for my immersed listening preferences. New subscriber, and look forward to seeing what's new moving forward. For now, thank you for a superb review format that makes decisions easy, especially when I already knew what I was looking for in features. You hit every point that mattered to me perfectly! (Now to keep things discreet until Christmas... this is going to be tough.) P.S. I realize that sound is kind of your main thing, but I'd be happy to hear your thoughts on companion accessories for some of these great earbuds. Things like silicone cases, more detail on some of the comfort fit tips you mention, and perhaps some tips and tricks to maintain earbuds. Cheers, and thanks again! 🔥
Thanks for your reviews. They are really helpfull. Right now I'm using Blitzwolf FYE-7 and I'm really happy with the sound quality since it has dual 6mm drivers. However, I'm not satisfied with it's mics during a phone call. People on the other end always complain about the background noises as it has no noise reduction at all. If you (or anyone else) have ever used both products; 1: Are the six mics really worth to switch to Life P3 from FYE-7? 2: Can the sound quality on Life P3 compete with dual 6mm drivers of FYE-7? I must add this, whenever I test a new earphone or such I do it with following bands; RHCP (Blood Sugar Sex Magick), Guns & Roses, Victor Wooten, Primus and some Iron Maiden. Thanks.
Hey, thanks for the nice review, just one question. How would you compare the ANC strength and audio quality between galaxy buds pro and life p3? Surprisingly, both are available at the same price in my country, but I have tried the galaxy buds pro and they are rather uncomfortable to my ears and keep falling out.
Dear EL JEFE, just wanted to 1) thank you for your great and detailed reviews! - Based on this review I just bought myself the liberty air 2 pro and the comfobuds pro- 2) For bringing me in contact with " the midnight"! I liked the sample you used for checking the base on the P3's . The rest of the album though had really good songs also. I never heard of them. So a big thank you for this!! I keep looking forward not only to see more quality reviews ,but also to discover bands I never heard of!! Br, René
Don’t forget about the HearID feature on the Liberty Air 2 Pro. That made a huge difference in volume and sound quality. Easily enough, for me, to justify the additional expense over the P3’s.
One of best review….hi dear..i am using ear fun free pro now….i did order also status audio between pro ..does status audio between pro sound way better than earfun free pro…i did order status between pro only because of sound quality…
EL Jefe, I would like to praise on your review of soundcore products!First, you were spot-on on the EQ section: the piano eq with bass turned up a little was perfect for the sound for the P3, but didn't cut it for the L3P with dual armature driver . As you can tell, I am a earbud junky , Go figure😊 so I enjoy you reviews and take them to heart and I thank you for sharing!👍
I am glad I watched this video, now I feel better about these earbuds. I just ordered them a couple days ago, and won't be here for another week. Now that I have watched this video I am really excited about these earbuds. Great video, it had allot of good information about it, and great information about the app that helps you get the best results from your earbuds. Great video and thanks for making it, now I am not so nervous about my order for these earbuds. Thanks, and great work!!!! Right now the Comfo buds pro is on sale on Amazon for 59.49, I paid 70$ for the Life P3 true wireless earbuds. Just thought I would throw that in.
Nice review and especially like when you compare call quality since that's what I need most for my next pair. Just for fun you should add a ranking for Active Spouse Cancelling Quality.🤫
Jeff amazing review and I like the comparison part, which makes it so relevant. I bought 1more comfobuds pro on your recommendation, they are legit. thanks a lot
Jefe! Another great review as usual. I wasn't paying attention to the video towards the end bc I was changing but when you started the call quality and the Comfobuds came up I had to stop and rewind bc WOW they really outshined the rest of the buds frfr. I bought the spinfits for the Air 2 Pros and they were working ok for the most part but not great fit wise. I bought the Lypertek Z3's and tried the foam tips on the Air 2 Pros and I haven't taken them off since. I use the Spinfits on the Earfun Free Pro's though. Need that sponsorship! Haha I might need to check out those Comfobuds though.
Just got the P3. Put them above the Earfun for sound because to my ears the Earfun treble is harsh out the box plus a deep mid scoop. P3 is much smoother by default plus way more control via the app. For 80 bucks the P3 package is hard to beat right now imo
@@ytvideos5430 I think they're about the same, but it may be an apples oranges comparison. The Soundcore app gives you way more added control via the 8 band Eq. You can make stuff louder without typical Andoid Eq distortion. I listen to music lower than most (well within the Samsung blue band) but turned up they're awesome 😁 looking around at reviews, nobody's complaining about volume on these.
I have tried all of them. I own them all including the 1more comfort UDS pro and I can tell you there is only one king. Not in the Edifier,or Earfun, Fiil,SoundCore, etc ..the real king of the budget earbuds is the Tribit Flybuds C1. It's balanced out of the box, great volume outstanding microphone but the sound....that sound is better that all of the rest earbuds I've tried. Period.
I also have the Flybuds C1. Very great sound signature. I just had issues with the charging pins falling off on the left earbud... TWICE! Sound wise, they sound great!
I'm leaning towards the P3's. Its either them or the Liberty Air 2 Pros. But the cost difference is substantial so I think I'm gonna go with the P3's. Thanks for this awesome review!
I was in a similar situation, I've been doing some research on the P3 and some other buds under $100 but I end up ordering the P3. I'm getting them delivered today
This video comparison is really helpful thank you! you just got a new subscriber hehe. That comfobuds is interesting but hows the latency? is it also better than the life p3?
Hi Jeff. Compliments of the season to you and your family. You are my go to when reviewing earbuds and I really enjoy watching them. I am in the market for some TWS buds but with so many new releases all the time, it has become more and more difficult to choose the right ones. The type of sound that I like is that of Sony MDR 7506, Blon 03, FiiO FH5 and of course my Sennheiser HD 660S for critical listening. I use LG Quad Dac (V20,V30 and V60) phones for listening on the go and would like earbuds that have the a minimum of Aptx codecs. May I ask that when you do your reviews, could you please mention what kind of smartphone you are using at the time (Android or IOS) to do your tests and also give a little more information of the codecs that the reviewed buds, support. Hopefully this will give viewers like myself a better understanding of what is on offer. Also wanted to ask you if you could include headphone audio (music)sound samples with the reviews where possible. Great show and thank you.
1. All testing is done with 4 devices minimum to ensure compatibility across both operating systems. iPhone 12 Pro, iPad Pro M1, Galaxy S21+, Pixel 6 Pro. 2. I mention the supported codecs during the first portion of ever review. 3. Sound samples on RU-vid are horribly unreliable due to RU-vid compression, mics used for recording, and output device used to listen. I hope this helps clarify things for you.
Hi, Jeff! Thanks for this review. You mentioned buds for sleeping? I hope you can make a list of maybe top 10s of tws comfortable enough for sleeping. Thanks and more power!
IMO, Earfun pro for sleeping are a no brainer. With the right tips and wings, the fit is really good and the small size keeps them from being shoved in my ears even when side sleeping. I’m sure there are others, I just happen to have and use the Earfun Pro.
Great review once again and I love the comparisons to the other models. Can you compare the Life 3 ANC with the ANC from the Soundpeats T2 ANC. I would like to know if these would be an upgrade. Thanks for all the reviews.
I’ve watched so many tech reviews and not just these earbuds but other tech as well and this is just the most comprehensive review I’ve ever seen. I love Soundcore products so I am biased towards them but your review convinced me. You’ve got a sub as well. Brilliant
