Long time boomy player here, the difference between amazing boomies and good boomies is how much wrath damage they can weave into their rotation. Wrath does a surprising amount of damage on a 1 sec cast with all your haste buffs. Also save 1 charge of shrooms for the extra 3rd dot buff.

@@user-ov5rb7hn4p Kicks have CDs and boomy has a pvp talent that puts a circle on the ground that halves interrupts on you when standing inside it. Also precog exists for this reason. Go watch someone like Rudar or Samiyam play boomy and you'll see how they weave in wrath damage.
