Sauce recipe:
Oil, soy sauce, honey, orange juice. At the end, I also added a little ketchup to this sauce.
The spices I use are a mixture of black pepper, paprika, meat seasoning, and garlic.

Luba, I was thinking that I would place the bird into a 2 gallon (7 liter) ziplock baggie to marinate. I’m sure your bird turned out just fine. But that was my idea as I watched you taking care to slide the marinade under the skin. The hand operated shredder at the beginning of your video was most interesting. I’ve never seen anything like it here in the United States. Hello, from Oregon!
