Enjoy seeing these follow up episodes and glad to see Adam enjoying the setup. In my setup I plug the TV, soundbar and Apple TV into a wyze power strip that’s hidden behind the tv. Then if things act up I can just reboot everything through the wyze power strip. Saves me from having to dig behind the tv to reboot things.
Speaker preference is just a matter of opinion. I manage a high end home automation company in the San Francisco Bay Area and Focal and Dynaudio are both very popular brands. Focal is very popular with their CI (custom Install) range of products. It just depends on what type of sound you are comfortable with. Focals will be more bright, KEF will be more warm and Dynaudio will be right in the middle, more neutral. Everyone taste will be different. Be sure to do some demos to see which sound you like the best.
Series suggestion: Make a series of shorter videos (roughly 10-15 mins) of detailing individual parts of a car. For example, super detailing a windshield. Detailing exhaust tips, etc.
@@timkinley1779 Yes, compared to just running over it during a full on detail. A specific area detail for a windshield for example could be like a full decontamination, inspection, protection, reviews of diff products, etc.

It's not an ADAM LZ + OG video unless we talk about some Sconces and Schluters! In all seriousness though, the wireless approach of this whole house with minimalist attributes makes this desirable for a greater groups of people than a small percentage. I would hope most people consider this as an investment towards technology that actually makes sense and enjoy a great experience!
Surround Sound utilizing 5.1 format is so rare in it actually sounding like the Cinema-type movie sound engineers had intended. (Best 5.1 surround sound heard by me, was through a computer-controlled 5.1 internal audio card, (plug in circuit board), then handing the output off to a Logitech w/Subwoofer, (computer speaker system amp), which had five satellite speakers; all within close proximity of the listener. The second system is more updated,(moving out of the early 2000’s audio here), was through the Microsoft Xbox One system, (plus paying for the Dolby DTS and ATMOS app.’s), utilizing surround *type* headphones. ||| The best luck, (more frequently occurring and impressive), is from simulated surround; assembled by audio-equipment that can create surround-effect by logic audio processing. ||| Room audio is a huge evolving art, many kudos to Matt.
It’s not really “handoff” if you have to physically go to the app to change it. Handoff would be the speaker knowing you are now in that room and automatically changing to that room
I am looking at doing these PSB PWMs. I too originally wanted to do floor-standing, but to make the wife happier I am entertaining the idea of these. Would you use them again in future projects or do you have other recommendations? P.S. are you going to get your hands on the PSB BP8 subwoofer?
Keeping aside that you arent a fan of the sonos brand. We have now 2 small sonos:1 connected to our spotify. And are looking to improve the dept of the music we are playing. Contemplating on either getting a soundbar or an extra subwoofer. Dont have the funds to do both yet. Although it would be fun to play the tv sound through those sonos speakers. Anything you can advise?
