Sakurai is easily the best Jimmy Page tribute artist I have ever seen and it's not even close. Sadly, of the many Zep cover bands I have seen, none of them have ever had a singer that came close to sounding like Robert Plant.
I guess Reproduction of Led Zeppelin live is difficult. Even Frankie "Drum Master" Banali can not acquis Jimmy. But it’s very thrilling to observe how they find each other. Such a live performance is now precious. I like them.
Just saw Mr Jimmy last night in Grand Rapids, Michigan playing with Jason Bonham's Led Zep Experience. Mr Jimmy is THE REAL DEAL! God Damn can this guy play! 30 years dedication to learning not just the songs, but each version of those songs from the various tours. If you ever get chance to see him play GO!
Banali is killing it on drums, as a matter of fact , the whole band! Mr. Jimmy than has perfected the art of Zep. Seen him a few times in San Diego and i am going as far to say this is tighter and better than Zeppagain. Bring your asses back to SO.CaL where we love you. Congrats fellas! RESPECT......
MrcJimmy. You So Rock! I find you So amazing. Your study of the Great Led Zeppelin shows through your talent. You have portrayed the greatest band ever. To a T!! You gave us fans back the Joy from yester years. I so thank you for that... I can't wait to see you. I pray you come my way one day. I want front row seats! You are Tops Mr Jimmy! Fantastic! .
