Hi Susan - I've admired people who can do Trapunto for a very long time, however I've never seen a tutorial before. Your work is simply beautiful and I just love that you understated "white on cream" or "cream on cream". I'll now search through all your videos which, I believe, include many quilting ones. If you don't use the soluble thread, you will have 2 layers of thread around your trapunto. You can always try it out without the aoluble thread on a small sample and see if you like the look.
