One thing I have learned from you is the importance of measurement and sizing as a customer and seller. I think clothing manufactures should include the hip, burst size especially for online purchases.
Glad you put denims sa on blast. I have also had a very horrible exprience with them. They were ignoring my messages and I texted them with a different number and they responded so fast, the moment I asked them to attend to my matter the lady continued to be rude. The jeans I ordered that I was told were zara were not zara when they arrived. Yho hayi shame.
Thank you for this. I too don't like shopping for jeans at Zara because they don't accommodate curvy bodies. However H&M has their curvy jeans and jeggings. For H&M sizes it's best to subtract 4 sizes to find your true size, Eg a size 44 jean is actually a size 40. I think it applies for Zara as well. Hope that helps!

Denim SA , Cape Town CBD is just opposite my office. i have never see a denim with ZARA label there, but as you have said they have good quality jeans. i appreciate that the have plus size, bags and shoes as well.
Namolinah, by chance would you know where they source their overun jeans? I have tried to find this for over 2 years, someone in the comment section had mentioned Tanzania, i travelled to Tanzania but realized Tanzanians get them from china, Denim SA seems to have a variety of European brands. Went to DenimsSA in Cape Town, the jeans are good but I'm not happy with the sizing. The other one the knob came off but the quality is good fabric wise, still trying to figure out how to replace it or put it back

I've had to return one denim to them and they gave me no hassles I can admit that I had an issue with them lately when they took my money and didn't have the jeans available I didn't ask for a refund so I waited until they had what I wanted. Could be that they are overwhelmed lately. My overall experience with denims sa has been good.
Thanks for the feedback. I wanted to try them after seeing them on insta. They sent me pics of the jeans they had I replied and had to waoy for a week only for them not to hsve what I wanted. I was honestly detered by how long they took to get back to me. I'm now just waiting for them to open their store in Pta as per their promise. I do feel like they are overwhelmed I just hope that they can learn to handle the demand better in future.
Tjoo their returns are a nightmare, they gave me a wrong order returned it. I waited for a month for my order, the lady was so rude. I had to ask for my money back.
Denim SA jeans is the best bought mine from them they fit well and I love them and feel so comfy. Mine are Mango jeans . I'm a size 44/46. I bought mine in-store.
