I agree with you on it's good for a better stain score but saying that it is nice to finally get an accurate strain score from weightlifting. I really do not think Crossfit is a focus of this. There are many lifters that have been wanting to be able to get this kind of information.
Yes totally. The more I've thought about it today it's a great option for getting 'credit' for the body's impact of an extensive lifting day - said that more in the Short Form review - it's a good addition honestly, just not for single movement or shorter lifting tracking. Good points!
All off HR! BB is just calculated based on level of cardio exertion to determine impact, coupled with lower HRV after to reflect the body's decline or need for recovery. Thanks!
I really don’t get it. I lift 3x a week, there is no way I’ll be hitting the start and stop button each time. I guess I’ll continue to log strength workout after I’m done and not get the right strain
I believe if we can have a max HR for strength vs cardio then we will be able to calculate strain accordingly since HR will not be higher in strength training vs cardio. This should be easier for everyone.
