Hi, this is fantastic, thank you very much! When I power on the tablet now, it still wants my old PIN or email which I don't remember 😶. How am I able to get passed this? I was under the impression that the hard reset would resolve that......but no such luck. If you're able to help, it would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks again!

A Factory Reset erases all data on the device. You can accomplish this in settings. If you do not have access to settings, a Hard Factory Reset or Hard Reset involves using the buttons to perform the factory reset.
Plug it in and leave it plugged in all night without trying to turn it on or check it. Wait until morning to see if it turns on. Devices sometimes when having issues of turning on need at least 12-24 hours of uninterrupted charging to turn on again and run right. Hope this helps!
To try and turn off the tablet, do by pressing and holding the power, volume up, and volume down all together for at least a minute. Then, when it turns back on, do the button combination to get to the recovery menu and perform a factory reset. Good luck!

When it is rooted, that means you have access to everything on the phone. You can delete stuff and mess up your phone fast. Malware can be a problem, too. If you don't know who rooted it, I wouldn't trust it. Even if you factory reset, it will still be rooted. You could try flashing stock firmware for the device. Get the files from a trusted source and flash them on your device with a computer. There are plenty of how-to websites on how to flash stock firmware for devices. Yes, hard factory resetting causes everything on the tablet to be erased. Try logging into your same gmail in your Play Store, then redownloading the Taca Boca apps. Your progress should be saved through your gmail account. Hope this helps.
