Meghan spoke for a whole minute and half, far longer than anyone else ever did before or after her. Just droned on with a monologue. Then Joy spoke for 10 seconds before Meghan interrupts her and tells Joy "you have to listen to me". Really? Since when does Meghan get 90 seconds to Joy's 10 seconds and that's considered ok? Sorry Meghan that your view in a minority, but it just is. Not everyone will agree with you. You can't get defensive about that. Face the fact that your view is not widely affirmed by most educated Americans. I appreciate that this show is trying to show two sides to issues by having a conservative thrown in there. But its really not working. I rarely watch this show for this reason. I find Meghan rather frustrating and arrogant.
This whole show should be call the liberal view and not the view. Only one side have the say while the other have nothing. You guy are hypocrites af. Let her talk her piece out first. First off whoopi was wrong for not checking MMcCain for being rude. In my culture, where a young person insults an older person unfairly, whether on tv or not, you gonna get checked. So for whoopi NOT to have insisted that the comment be taken back or any of the other panellists not insist shows me about their character is toilet. The View needs to toss Meghan....she's completely unprofessional and adds nothing to this show. I'm all for having two sides on the panel (and I'm a liberal). I don't, however, want some conservative who is into snappy sloganeering, speaking on emotion as opposed to facts (Meghan, there's no "crisis" at the border. Facts show illegal immigration has declined over the years & very few of them befit the violent generalization) & belittling others for no apparent reason.
I've said this before and I'll say it again. Meghan has only ever been on TV because of her last name. She is the least qualified and most obnoxious TV host to ever disgrace our screens. And to those that might say that I'm a Republican hater, I can't stand Sunny Hostin either and want her sent packing yesterday. I love QUALIFIED, RESPECTFUL and INTELLIGENT conversation from all sides of a discussion.
