You are so right about customers being too dumb or impatient to actually read about the item they're buying, but ever so smart enough to leave negative feedback! I almost got a neg acouple years ago because the package got stolen from the customers porch lol. He even uploaded it for ebay to see and they said "Well, it WAS delivered!" 😂 No neg for me and I blocked him.
Its crazy how quickly a customer can't figure out how to contact their post office to find their lost package but have no problem navigating the system to learn how to leave us negative feedbacks haha
We live in a rural setting similar to Kevin but he has big towns close to him which is nice we are about 2 hours south of St Louis... I wish we could find some great stuff all the time! Would be awesome!
I steer away from items like that. I don't remember who it was, but someone once mentioned that selling flaky items attracts flaky customers. I'm sure I'm leaving money on the table, but most of what I sell is dead boring.
