Why 100% Pure Water is Dangerous [Shocking Warning]

When 100% pure distilled water mixes with blood, the results are quite striking due to the effects of osmosis.
Distilled water is 100% pure, created by removing all organic matter and inorganic salts (minerals) through a process of distillation. This process involves boiling the water to create steam, which is then condensed back into liquid form, leaving behind any impurities (distillation: a method of separating mixtures using differences in boiling points).
There are many rumors surrounding distilled water. Some people claim that drinking it can cause diarrhea, while others believe it enhances health due to its purity.
To shed light on these claims, we conducted an experiment with distilled water and blood.
Watch the video to discover more about the fascinating properties of distilled water!

There is a way to distill water to strictly be only H2O to the point that it starts to leach copper from copper pipes when used for experiments. If you drink it it will remove vitamins and minerals from the body but drinking a small amount won't kill you.

@@shilombaba No. Osmosis - water always moves towards the point of highest salinity. Cells are permeable (meaning some substances can pass freely in and out of them), water is one of the chemicals that permeate a cell. Pure H20 has 0% salt content, your cells have quite a high salt content so when you drink pure water the water rushes into your cells so fast they burst. This can be fatal even in small doses as it can cause internal hemorrhaging if whatever is in your stomach cannot salinate the water quick enough.

Been drinking distilled water for over 62 years at this point in time with no signs of it being harmful. My HBG/HCT has been high for as long as I can remember except for about a month in January 2023 when we were trying to figure out why I was actively bleeding. Once we determined the cause of the bleeding and stopped it, my HGB/HCT returned to high levels. This indicates my red cells were not taking in excess water that was causing them to lyse. Reinforcing this is the fact that under the microscope, no schistocytes were seen therefore my red cells were not lysing. Also my blood chemistries over the years have shown no ill effects from me drinking distilled water. (BTW…I got my degree in laboratory science in 1979 and worked in a major hospital lab processing, testing, analyzing, and reporting results on blood and other bodily fluids for over 35 years. Therefore I am not just going by what a doctor told me, I using knowledge acquired from study, from practical application, and from experience. Where I live, we are required to have a set number of hours each year of continuing education to renew our state licenses that are required to work in our field in our state.) So I shall continue to drink distilled water for probably as long as it is available to me. As for the bit about distilled water “sucking” all the calcium out of your teeth over time…I still have all my permanent teeth except for my wisdom teeth as they grew in at a very painful angle and had to be removed. But then I swallow my water when it enters my mouth, I do not hold it in my mouth for my teeth to soak in.

I've gone years drinking ONLY distilled water and guess what - I've never felt better in my entire life and my mental clarity is through the roof. Rain water is distilled water. The examples demonstrated in the video mixing blood with different water types are bad examples because water doesn't go directly into the bloodstream, it passes through organs, excess is discarded, etc. Ignore all that advice which says "you should be drinking X amount of water per day" - only drink when you are naturally thirsty, your body will let you know how much you need to drink. Leeches nutrients from the body? You don't want those nutrients found in water to begin with when you should be getting nutrients from natural foods, not rocks, etc. Why is it so beneficial? Water is like pipe cleaner for the body and it's only going to be effective as it is clean - if it already has a certain ppm of whatever in it, it's not going to be able to remove ppm of whatever toxins you have in your body to the same degree. A simple google search says this is false. Distilled water is **NOT** pure, as it contains ions. These are mostly hydrogen and hydroxide ions. Once deionized and distilled, water can in fact, be dangerous. Distilled water is not. If you ever had a juice, soda, or drink that's bottled (such as Coca-Cola) you're drinking distilled water with the flavorings. Distilled water dehydrates you like like soda and alcohol. Tap (drinking) water contain things like sodium, calcium, and magnesium. These are electrolytes that are replaced as the water flows through your system. "Injecting distilled water will harm you" Yeah, but so does regular freshwater, as it usually has a very low mineral content as well. Assuming it's clean in the first place. Or any saltwater of a higher concentration as demonstrated. It's kind of a "duh" point. Don't inject random stuff in your bloodstream. Now, what about drinking? Well, we absorb 95%+ of our mineral intake over our food. The amount of sodium chloride in a pack of chips can make a large bucket of water slightly salty. Assuming an average diet (which is usually rather TOO salty in western countries) drinking distilled water is literally irrelevant.

lots of misinformed comments here. doesn't help that the video didn't really reinforce the important takeaways enough. As the video said, Pure Water is not good for long term consumption, as it's missing some minerals that your body needs but doesn't really get from other sources (unless you have some weirdass diet to replace them, but that's really backwards). The real issue is with Pure Water having too low of a concentration of solutes. Some people in the comments have pointed out that Pure Water can "take away" solutes from your body. While this is somewhat true, it is only happening to a very negligible degree. As the video pointed out, it's the fact that Pure Water will inflate cells (ANY cells, not just blood cells!) and cause them to explode that makes it dangerous. Thing is, any excessive amount of water (of ANY kind! even normal tap water) can cause that, as too much water will dilute the solutions in your body enough to cause the effect from above. BTW this is what causes water poisoning. The danger of Pure Water is that due to it's purity, it takes less water to dilute solutions in your body. If drinking an entire bottle of tap water makes you feel sick, then drinking pure water will take less than that. Because relatively small doses of Pure Water are enough to cause a water overdose aka water poisoning, it is stated to be dangerous. As for causing diarrhea, yes, that's a known effect of water poisoning. So yeah, Pure Water can cause diarrhea if you overdose on it, but that's the least of your worries if you reach that point lol (headaches, vomiting, nausea, permanent damage to the brain, organ failure, and death, make the competition pretty harsh in my opinion).

Pure water never enters the bloodstream as illustrated.. so the postulation that it's 'bad in the bloodstream' is irrelevant. Rainwater can be considered pure water as it usually doesn't contain any salts. (easily testable with a TDS meter) I know people that have lived a long healthy life consuming just rainwater for drinking, showering and washing. The body's necessary vitamins and minerals are obtained in much greater quantities from food sources in general. At least by drinking very clean water you are avoiding fluoride, chlorine, and cancer causing forever chemicals.
