Dada slight correction. In 30 ml there is 12.84 ml alcohol and 25.68 is in 60 ml alcohol. That is how it will remain as 42.8% v/v. Overall Good insight on this topic. Thank you for sharing it.

Dada messed up again in the description (***Rectifying a small Mistake in the Video It Should Be 60ml 20.68 ml pure alcohol). There is 321 ml of pure alcohol in 750 ml spirit that contains 42.8% v/v and according to this as Harpreet Bhatia mentioned in 30 ml spirit there is 12.84 ml of pure alcohol and 25.68 ml of pure alcohol is in 60 ml spirit. That is how it will remain as 42.8% v/v.

The reason for the 30ml peg is that before the metric system was adapted a standard one peg pour was 1 fluid ounce which is approximately 30ml. It’s amazing how you can complicate a simple thing.

Dear Dada..., Alcohol in the army is also a kind of ration. There is a peg of 60 ml . One peg issue means 60 ml. But generally 750 ml bottle it means 30ml ×25ml=750ml(25 pegs in one bottle... FULL KHAMBA .
