To be fair the Fish got Pablo Lopez and a few flyers from the M’s for 8.2 IP of David Phelps. Dipoto also took Dee Gordon’s $38M+ contract from them for little benefit.

Empty the farm for Roberts JR and Mason Miller We are in win-now mode those two would put us over top for 3-5 years then we lose all our ace staff to FA so, this is our WS moment we should go all in with 5 aces see what I did there?? LOL Raley, Julio, Roberts nothing would drop And we could trade Canzone in 1 of the packages JMO love the channel guys GO M'S

I agree with you and I would love to see them do it but we have to be realistic and I don't think jerry has it in him to go all in hipebim wrong though

Makes more sense than something like Luis Robert, but would involve having to declog that outfield though. The haul also makes it manageable, like, just a prospect + one of Hanny/Canzone. But I’m no expert, just seems very less risky to acquire over the other popular options.
