This is a brilliant video from The Art of Improvement and I must express my gratitude to you for it. Your life is literally as it in based on the decisions that you make and I have never thought of it in a way of a morning routine. I usually just wake up, probably get a bit of reading in and then go about my day. But no, this video literally illustrates that you can empower yourself through the decisions you make (in the morning) to give yourself the upper-hand to building a better life. SO SIMPLE! Again, another brilliant video in helping others bettering themselves and what a meaningful one it is. I will go about this video again! You deserve a like and a subsciption!
Thank you so much for this insightful video! It's truly inspiring. Thanks for my morning routine, I've been able to have productive starts to my days. However, I struggle with my evening routine, it's often a failure. It would be wonderful if you could create a similar video and provide advice on how to make them as healthy as the morning ones. Thank you again!
I love just wake up, eat and work. I tried went to the gym on the mornings twice in my life, at 20 and 29 years of age. I felt HORRIBLE on both mornings. I can't!! I feel so dull. It's not doable for me. My brother, mother and other friends all do this and they feel amazing. I just can't, it's horrible for me. Just let me work in the morning, I can achieve deep focus so much easier in the mornings.
If you have no health restrictions you can try working out before eating. I felt very similar to how you do in the morning but pushing back the meal until after weight training made a surprising difference. Maybe working out while still fasted boosts the metabolism to burn body fat more quicker for fuel while glycogen levels are low.
I love having a good morning routine. It typically includes waking up to exercise at 6am, morning prayer, meditation, a nice stretch after working out, 10 mins. yoga, a shower, and then I read 5 minutes from 2 different books- one for positivity and one for learning.
God is in everyone and everything, and after the winter comes the spring, After the darkness of the night , The sun would be shining bright ... After a war and after a fight , Peace would prevail to be alright ,
@@worldview2888 you're welcome. My personal experience is that, because I subscribed to many channels, it became too much for the algorithm. It started throwing out the posts like Facebook does, inflammatory and negative news and such first, prompting comments etc. So I unsubscribed to a lot of them, and placed a "show all" on my favourite learning channels. It has helped quite a bit in sorting out the bulk. 👍🏼
Stumble out of bed, swallow two Rhodiola pills, and put in ear plugs, in that order Half hour meditation, followed by Yoga, time depending on how much I feel I need Then Cacao and Coconut oil, (in hot water, I drink it.....), while I journal Been doing it for years If I miss a meditation, I cannot function Missed one in the last five or so years, I was still feeling bad three days later, it's weird
I need to do more things than I am already doing in the morning, such as waking up early. I need to take my time and learn more habits I need for my own morning routine.
These are great ideas. The question is how can you do this when you do shift work, have uneven schedules, and/or have children that need to be cared for in the morning. Not everyone have lifestyles that are easy to plan for and live out.
good question. yes it's challenging with things like shift work, uneven schedules and the responsibilities of caring for children. the beauty of a morning routine is that it doesn't have to be rigid or strictly tied to the early hours of the day. the essence of the routine is to create a set of intentional activities that set a positive tone for whatever part of the day you're starting. for those with shift work/uneven schedules, maybe adapt the concept of a "morning routine" to a "start of shift routine" or a "before bed routine." the key is to find a consistent time, even if it's just 10-15 mins, to engage in activities that promote well-being and focus. for parents with children, perhaps the routine can be a shared experience. activities like a dance session or reading together can be beneficial for setting a positive tone for the day. the goal isn't to create a perfect routine but to find moments of intentionality that support your well-being & success, no matter when they occur.
