If you are watching this, you are probably like thousands of agents thinking about making a move to Compass, working at Compass, or are intrigued by them. In two months, I will celebrate four years at Compass and I couldn't be happier. Although Sotheby's International Realty (ONE Sotheby's International Realty in Miami) was a very good company to work for. Thanks for the video. From the prospective of a consumer who want to rent or sell their home. Does compass have advantages over other firms?

You mentioned that in order to get into Compass, you can get a job as a team member. Was that the case for Sotheby? What does it take to get into Sotheby?

A brand new agent won’t even have a chance to be a real estate agent at Compass per how you mention the agents get selected. I’m I right?
