Yes, it is recommended as per IS code and to avoid the cracks as well.

AAC block se kya ghar bana sakte hai matlab ye jyadatar flat me use hota hai. aur iske outer plaster me kya kare gypsum ya cement sand mortar.

Yes but if it is constructed by a good builder where engineers supervise the AAC blockwork because they follow the correct procedure to stand the wall otherwise cracks will occur. Local masons do not follow the procedure properly. Always use cement plaster from the outer side or exposed to the weather side.

Use cement plaster. Direct wall putti cannot use - it will crack. Instead, You can use Gyprock plaster directly. But use wire mesh on every joint. Also, you can use PoP directly but in this case, you will also use wire mesh.

no, but if you are using cement mortar as a binding agent for blocks then curing is required for mortar only not the complete blocks.

AAC blockwalls won't crack by itself. Unlikely due to material shrinkage, bcuz the rate is soo small at 0.2mm/m. Most of the cracks are probably due to:- 1. Excessive deflections incl. drift of the supporting structural member. 2.Excessive or uneven foundation settllemens. Check also the tilt. 3.Heavy vibrations. 4.Poor workmanship. 5.Improper detailing:- make sure the base is on 20-50mm of leveling weak mortar, the interface between structural member allow gap of at least 20mm to accommodate structural movements and fill with weak mortar(1:8) or flexible sealant materials if required. 6. The jointing mortar shall be polymer modified cementitious material(thin bed adhesive) 7. The max. height of the wall shall be max. 4m. Add intermediate beams or lintels if the height exceeds this. 8.The length of the wall shall be max. 4m. Add vertical stiffeners if the length exceeds this. 9.If the wall is continuous around corners, limit the total length to 6-8m. 10.If the wall is extremely long and supported by cross or return walls, make sure to add stiffeners at 6-8m long.
