Why AEW Fight Forever Needs To Be Stopped 

The fact that Samoa Joe was their last world Champion a month ago and they just added him to the game says alot

This game was fun for about two evenings, then I was done with it. Too bad Blockbuster is gone, AEW: Fight Forever is the definition of a "rental" game.

Bro I just bought myself GTA 5 for 20 bucks and you have to buy 3 characters in this game for 23 bucks. F’n crazy

The staggered character release seems reminiscent of Street Fighter 5 and 6 and when you consider how much a fan Omega is of Street Fighter, you quickly realize why the reason they went this route even if it makes no sense since fighting characters are way more advanced than wrestling characters in video games.

Did you know: based on Adam Copelands actual AEW Titantron and Fight Forevers entrance system… you wouldn’t even hit the ‘on this day’ part of the entrance theme before the entrance was done ingame.

Glad the new shrine map accurately depicts the size of the AEW live audience these days.

If they really want sales to increase they should reissue it with a new cover featuring Cody, Punk, Jade and Andrade. Maybe people will think it's a WWE game.

I like Fight Forever a lot, actually. But 2K24 is probably the best game I’ve ever played.

I was stoked for fight forever when it was first announced. Then the footage came out and it looked cool. Then I got it. I persevered with it and got the platinum for it after about 30 hours. I then felt I gave it enough go to justify my opinion that the game fucking sucks. I immediately uninstalled it and have no interest in returning and over priced dlc doesn't change my views. In theory the constant updates are good however the price means no and the fact the game is shit is also a no. "fun for a week at most" is the perfect review for it. Apparently a lot of the dlc was actually originally suppose to be in the game according to the one of the developers. But they said how Tony and aew made them rush it out and they couldn't fit everything in on time

Samoa Joe debuted in April 2022, over a full year before Fight Forever came out. He should've been base roster at launch. Not a season 4 DLC drop nearly 2 years after release. That's pathetic

They're just taking advantage of people at this point.

I picked up Fight Forever a few weeks ago at Walmart for $3. I feel like I overpaid

It took almost a year to actually drop an actual DLC in edge. Other than that they’ve been selling active wrestlers, outdated/fake arenas, caw parts for a pathetic creation suite & old game modes that should’ve all been in the game when they charged a ridiculous 60 dollars for it. All they’ve done is blatantly steal, AEW Charge Forever

We need community creations in aew fight forever.

The game looks like one of those games youd see on a tv show because the production team didnt wanna pay the rights for WWE

I truly wish this game was good, I really wanted this game to be good but it’s so damn bad and such a spot in the face.

This is not comparable to what you get out of wwe2k you get at least allot more wrestlers out of the pack than like 1-3 wrestlers from a season pack

So a full game is $35 but each season is $23 for 3 wrestlers and a new arena? So the game and 4 seasons at full price is damn near $130 like how come no one been calling this out thats 2k levels of scummy? So glad I bounced off this game after playing it at a mates house

I bought this a game at launch and bought all the DLC and almost a year later I can clearly say that I have watched more CPU vs CPU matches than I have played the game myself. Let’s just say I can never have quality matches without being frustrated by its AI and pin system. Just holding onto hope as this point.

This game was fun for 1 month then i got bored of it and the season passes are terrible. If rte wasn't the only way to upgrade CAWs I would've played it so much longer cause i could've extended the roster

Should only be adding extras with wrestlers being free. This is the first run at a game. You shouldn't be doing 2kwwe. Not yet. Wait till the seconded game. Since most these wrestlers where already in the company.

I played WCW Backstage Assault, I played WCW Thunder, I played TNA iMpact. I don't wanna touch this.

I love AEW when I heard they were doing a wrestling game I was stoked thinking "Oh my god! If they care as much as they do about wrestling and it's being made by Yukes then it might be better then the WWE 2K games!" but then they said it'll be like No Mercy... That was a major red flag because other then nostalgia, it objectively sucks but I was still hopeful. Then the first bit of footage was shown off... Another MASSIVE red flag. But I said to myself it's only Alpha/Beta footage the visuals and animations will get cleaned up. Then the Final release trailer was show and I was blown away that it took YEARS to make this massive piece of shit. I eventually pirated it and even though I essentially stole it I still feel like I was entitled to a refund. Even stolen this game is fucking trash and not worth anyones time. I really hope that whatever you get from these videos covers the amount you've spent on the game and DLC because even bashing it this is the most anyone promotes the god damn game and TK should be paying you for it.

My homie got it for me for 5 dollars and I feel like he still overpaid.

The gameplay itself is on point. There just isnt enough to do to keep interest. Fight Forever to me is a great foundation for a future game. It needs a expansive creation suite, a way more dynamic career mode and something similar to Universe Mode. Bell to bell though and the gameplay is far superior to the WWE game so that is a start. They need to move on to the next game. Even if they didnt break even with this game the foundation is absolutely there to make it worth it to invest in a sequel with a updated roster.

I enjoyed Fight Forever but it’s definitely the worst of all the AKI engine wrestling games. You can tell AEW wanted to bring that feeling back but really bastardized it more than anything

The amount of unfettered greed around this absolute DUMPSTER FIRE of a game is honestly shocking. Let's not forget that they sold a "ultimate edition" of this game at launch, only to invalidate it by releasing more "seasons" of content.

The main issue with the game I feel is the DLC that they’re giving should be the freebies as most of the DLC Feels like they should be in the game already as default roster members I know AEW is a newer company and all but they can still contract legends for DLC or indie stars,I feel that prospect is what excited me and many the most when they announced dlc was gonna be a prominent feature in fight forevers life cycle due to AEW’s more open relationship with the wrestling industry

Played this on ps plus after 5 matches i had enough not fun a button masher for sure to just get up your down for what seems ages after just 1 or 2 moves

I got the 1st 2 passes, then I completely dropped the game after that. I will not be buying any subsequently released pass, however I’ll come and watch your videos reviewing them. I think the game has good gameplay but it’s just so barebones, and because of that I rather just play WWE 2K24.

I don't what they expect in continue to add content to the game, maybe to do a full version with all the expasions when they finish for good, but even then, it is a cleary dead game. They should at least make like 10 caracters before a new season pass and drop all at once, plus make add comunity creations and new mods that are wrestling related and not silly multiplayers.

The entrances are just trash. Like why go for such short ass entrances?

I got this game from ps plus and me and my friend have a tradition that we try out every ps plus game even if they look absolutely horrible. This game even though we’ve played only a couple minutes and were planning to play more i gotta say that this game is the perfect example of a so bad it’s fun game. Me and my friends are all fighting game players and so we thought we might have a little fun with it. I had to stop after like 2 minutes because I couldn’t stop laughing my ass off 😂 it’s so incredibly bad but the goofy animations, the lack of knowledge we had and the fact we were just button mashing made this game so entertaining, i wish they made it more of a gang beasts type of game because nobody can take this game so seriously.

it's stupid that they space them out when they are all in the game right now. the last patch was all the new content. if you hack the game you can unlock them and play with them all right now.
