In this video, we will cover core MCAT content within the topic of chemical equilibrium.
Our focus will be on understanding the general themes behind equilibrium constants rather than rote memorization. The goal is to come away from this video with an understanding of how all equilibrium constants are the same. So you can apply this general knowledge to specific instances rather than trying to spend a bunch of time memorizing all of the specific instances themselves.
To accomplish this we will discuss how to write equilibrium constant expressions and finally how to use equilibrium constants to answer MCAT-specific questions.
This video also serves as a prerequisite to solving ICE table-based problems which will be covered in a follow-up video.
