Acknowledge that Angry Birds Transformers and Evolution still exist. Yeah Evolution is "recent" (not really though, its like 4 years old) but darn it that game is great and nobody talks about it at all!
It would be cool if they did something like that, sadly it won't happen. I can understand that they can't keep working on older titles because people will start to get bored. I agree with your opinion on this.
Exactly and tbh, they should put the game on the Nintendo switch as well and also i hate it that Angry Birds Dream Blast is getting all the attention and glory in Rovio, we need to restore the good old days of Angry Birds! And also *cough cough* maybe sue Rovio for copying other people's games.
I would pay any price for Angry Birds Epic, truly an awesome game... Also, in my opinion bringing back old games as separate remasters could not certainly save, but really help this franchise :/
I think a compilation would make more sense though. It seems like something Sega would do for the 15th anniversary December 2024. Sega loves compilations. Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania, Sonic Origins and literally every other Sonic compilation, and all the Sega Genesis collections are all examples. Banana Mania came out for the series’s 20th anniversary, and Sonic Origins came out on Sonic’s birthday. It just makes sense.

Foe me, the Perfect Game Collection will be Angry Birds Classic, Angry Birds Seasons, Angry Birds Friends, Angry Birds Space, Angry Birds Stella, and Angry Birds 2 Maybe they can Include Rio and the Star Wars Saga if they fix their license terms
Well Rovio did just recently say that they are going to be rebuilding some of the classic games from scratch for "modern platforms" While I doubt a console release/collection would bring the franchise back to its peak popularity in 2012,(When Angry Birds was big enough to collaborate with NASA, Star Wars, and other big names) it would definitely be a good move for older and newer fans of the franchise, and would probably even bring back people who haven't played the games for the last decade.
I know! Everyone would benefit from this! The nostalgic people who played the games at their peak, as well as new fans and young kids who never got to see the golden era of this franchise!
I guess the games in AB trilogy 2 sound great to me but in order to make a sequel to AB trilogy you need to OG games back from the app store. Its a good thing Rovio will get a new CEO and maybe we will be expecting the old games back soon. I just have one important thing to say: Careful what you are wishing for.
It's nice to see someone talking about this idea, because another collection like this could work. I get that Angry Birds is not for everyone, but it's a big series and I really wouldn't mind this if it happened. On a side note, the 3DS version of Angry Birds Trilogy is super scarce.
I think it would only work on console and not mobile because the reason the old games were deleted is that Rovio doesn’t want to update the old games for updating platforms
And it would likely take away a lot of revenue from the modern slingshot games because it’s just better. Rovio would not want the games back on mobile. They never even promoted the crappy remake of Classic.
i had the same idea of a mix of all the old games and playing all games in 1 app but also an angry birds maker mixt in it where you can but all the stuff from the other games in 1 game, ∞ levels ∞ fun
Rovio must bring such a collection out, for mobile free, but with adds (in a way that if you watch a add you get a small reward) and have a shop for example the special slingshot and boosts for real money (to unlock them faster)
I've had the original for 3 years already and it's noice,and i guess it would be ok for a 2nd trilogy,i would love to see angry birds space,go,and friends.
I don't understand why Rovio just won't bring the originals back. It's not that hard. They own the games and the licence. it's not like Scott Pilgrim Vs The World The Game. They just need to relist the games. By doing that it will make everyone happy.

Since it’s said that the Rovio CEO is leaving at the end of 2020, there could be a chance this could happen. There should also be an angry birds game called Angry Birds Editor, we’re you make your own levels and publish them to other players (like Mario maker).
angry birds is back. 2012 is back. 2012 is back in the form of 2021 (1 and 2 are basically flipped lol) angry birds is gonna shine now. the old angry birds will come back and beat all the other popular games! (i can still download apks and i have patched games in my pc but still its never bad having the original.)
I think what’s happening is rovio don’t know that there eventually going to run in to a ditch when the reast of the fans leave when they do the exact same thing by removing the newer games as of right now

I am very worried that, by some stroke of luck, if this does happen, its going to end up being filled with microtransactions and intrusive mechanics that weren't there in the original games(Example: Rovio could easily add in that terrible Lives mechanic from Angry Birds 2)
An Angry Birds Collection would be a good idea considering the fact that all consoles that are compatible with Angry Birds Trilogy have been discontinued. It would be cool to see the Angry Birds games being ported on consoles featuring Angry Birds Classic, Seasons, Space, Go, Epic and Bad Piggies and maybe even Angry Birds Stella. Although Rio, and both Star Wars games are unlikely to come back due to Disney owning the rights to Fox. It would be cool to have the game being released on consoles which are the Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X, PS5, Stadia, and PC. This would be a great idea and it would help get the franchise to become very popular again.
I think Rovio should remove all ads and microtransactions from the old angry birds games but they will not be free. I prefer my opinion because I am tired of the constant ads that pop up.
You might know this already, but space is still playable via Kindle fire but it hasn't been updated in two years. That does include both versions but the paid version still requires money.
I wouldn’t keep my hopes up for a remastered version of the original: It’s blue sky. First, earlier this year Disney has announce that they are shutting down Blue Sky Studios which means any projects or contracts will be decline. Also, last year Disney bought fox a while ago. So, if they want to make a remaster of the original trilogy, they have to go through Disney and maybe Activision to get rights, or so I think?
My Form of Angry Birds Trilogy 2 is like its predecessor but with new ones like, The Classic The Rio 1 and 2 spinoffs The Space one The Star Wars 1 and 2, The Angry Birds Go, Bad piggies And one thing I would do if I’m the director of the game is to extend the number of levels, Still like the original, but with some additional content, 1. Mini bosses on some levels, 2. Power ups that can be collected by completing levels and 3. Keeping the original content with improvements. 4. And even having a dossier of birds, pigs and blocks and even other things in the games. And also did I forget to mentioning Angry Birds Seasons? I’ll add that and Improve it, and Angry Birds Epic. And also to make it compatible in every device, Xbox, PS, PC, IOS, Android and more.

I would just want space, bad piggies and epic (haven't played epic myself but everyone who talks about it holds it in high regard) for a trilogy 2. most of the other games I can live without tbh (maybe star wars but that would be a mess)
I think because the CEO of Rovio is changing, it will make this a possible truth because this CEO that Rovio has right now has been around since 2016 which is when Rovio started milking the franchise. So I think this could come true if he doesn't end up milking the franchise either.
We need to shut down rovio or sue then to the point they will have to return the original games or legit go backrupt, because they deserve to lose all their money
While I really do think that we need some kind of Angry Birds compilation for modern consoles and PC, I think your idea is a bit too much. If this were to happen, I think it should only include Classic, Seasons, and Space. Bad Piggies is on the App Store, so there is no reason to put it in here. I Angry Birds Go wasn’t even that good of a game, and I doubt that Rovio/Sega would bring back Stella, so scrap those two as well. I also don’t think the backgrounds will be animated at all, but that’s okay. I and literally every other classic Angry Birds fan wants a way to officially play these games. Also, with the Sega Rovio acquisition, this is quite likely to happen. Most likely for the Angry Birds 15th anniversary coming up December 2024. Sega said that they want to bring Angry Birds to consoles and PC, so that could mean the classic games. Sega also loves their nostalgia bucks, so it would be a no brainer. I don’t know how Red’s Mighty Feathers along with Laser Bird’s ability would work on Xbox and PlayStation. These two mechanics require players to tap, click on a specific area on the screen. Switch/whatever will come after it, (we are talking about December 2024), will likely have a touch screen, and PC has a mouse. But it would be very clunky with a cursor controlled with a stick. But anyways, we definitely need another Angry Birds compilation.

honestly i wouldn't mind if they just brought there games to steam and called it a day but honestly i like your ANGRY BIRDS SLINGSHOT EDITION idea and honestly thought it would be unfortunate i wouldn't mind if rovio released the SLINGSHOT EDITION and only included the first 3 games from the trilogy (fat chance getting rio though now) BUT then just made free or *in a grumbling voice* paid *ungrumble* dlc
Hey what about the dlc for the original angry birds trilogy? I heard its impossible to get now:( Because they removed it digitally but It was the anger management pack and the fowl tempered pack:p
what rovio did to angry birds is like if sega decided every classic sonic game never existed and said the only one was sonic R, and forgetting the master system games existed.
