Thanks for the Video! Forgive me for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you thought about - Millawdon Impulsive Wish Trick (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for getting rid of insomnia without the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my cooworker finally got excellent results with it.

Kudos for the Video clip! Forgive me for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Peyichael Simplex Precedence (do a google search)? It is a smashing exclusive product for getting rid of shyness and anxiety minus the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy after a lifetime of fighting got cool results with it.

Ive been recently having that type of anxiety too. It really becomes a loop thats hard to escape. It makes me gag a little too. I get really frustrated and have that urge/need to cry my heart out but it just feels like that cry is trapped, itching to get out. To overcome this, I definitely have planned/decided to be more present and express what Im feeling to family and friends. I have always been the quiet type of guy and I get scared exposing the vulnerability in me to other people but ima break through that social wall now. Realizing that sometimes a helping hand doesn't always need to be our own reassures the introvert in me. Its selfish to think Im the only one struggling with this anyways. Im just human. We all are. Hoping all of us suffering with sleep anxiety get better! We are never alone with this.

I hear what you're saying about that cry wanting to come out and talking to people. As a man, we are told not to cry or solve things on our own and that puts more pressure. So if you have to let it out, it's ok, and talk to people you trust. Also I recommend talking to a therapist, it helps my anxiety and although I still get nights of little sleep, I am able to get sleep most nights. Also, I did some research and I read articles and reviews that Dr and pharmacist recommend REMfresh. Look into healthy habits for good sleep.

That's anxiety for you. I'm 27 and finally seeing a therapist for all of my issues. Anxiety can be debilitating so tell your parents and get it taken care of before it really messes with your life.

@@guybrilando2006 REM sleep isn't restorative sleep, DEEP sleep is. ReM sleep is silimiar to being awake as your brain waves are similar to being awake as its very very active while you dream.

This video just told a load of people that have anxiety about not being able to sleep, the negative effects that not sleeping has on your body. Really helped my anxiety about not sleeping 🙃👍🏼

Yeah, not informative at all. Check out an audio book called "You Can Sleep Too". Very helpful. Basically you have to train your brain that not sleeping is not a threat to your safety so that you stop going into flight or fight mode when youre in bed. He teaches that you do this by only going to your bedroom when you're so tired you can't keep your eyes open, and if you still can't sleep, you leave the room and go read a book or watch tv in the living room until the anxiety passes. You're not alone, Insomnia sucks! But you can beat it. Don't listen to the people in this video, you're not going to have all these negative effect that they ramble off. I've gone nights with zero sleep and still went to the gym and went about my day as normal. Sure I felt like crap but I dont let it ruin my life.

My (non-professional) advice for how to relax and get to sleep is warm cup of milk, book, no phone or computer. If you still can't get to sleep go for a wander around your house and get a glass of water, just chill for 15 minutes then go back. I'm not a trained medical provider this is just what helps me. Restful dreams ~ ♡

@@NotWatchingYou I was like this before buh mine was to sleep and not wake up. So since its just a "feeling" then you must be catastrophizing. I'll recommend you go for a check-up to clear ur mind, if nothing then you u hv to work on ur thoughts. I also recommend u watch videos of medical expert offering solution to catastrophizing. Hope to hear an improvement from you soon...

I can only sleep for about 4 hours each night. I find it difficult to sleep in the first place because of my anxiety but then I end up waking up from 3-4am.

That’s legit me right now. I can’t go to sleep, and I’m so tired. My chest feels so heavy and I keep trying to fall asleep but my body just wakes me up and my heart is beating so fast and it’s scaring me. Idk what to do. I don’t normally have anxiety or depression or anything like that. This is the first time this happened to me. It randomly started.

I’m an 11 year old girl, and started not sleeping when I was preparing for my 11+. I was stressed about my exams the next day and couldn’t sleep, about half a year later, I still get stressed before getting into bed, because I always think if I will be able to sleep or not, and start stressing. I don’t know what to do and when I can’t sleep I start crying and getting really emotional. Please help.

Talk to your parents/who is taking care of you, if that's not an option, talk to a teacher etc. councillor at school, make appointment to see a doctor if possible(just google where you live & what's the right place you to call), talk to a friend, brother, sister, anybody who you think have your best interest in mind. Right kind/healthy food, exercise and breathing exercises also can be helpful. Good luck with everything!!

Whenever I try to fall asleep my mind starts to race. I start thinking random things, sometimes negative stuff. While my eyes are closed and thinking I should sleep now and that it is really late and that I really need to get some more than 5 hours of sleep. *I feel my head spinning and then I forget to breathe I think. Or I out of nowhere lose my breath. I then try not to panic that I couldn't breathe for a second because I am afraid of not breathing. I start to worry more because I am scared that i will get those sensations again (dizziness and loss of breath).* Its the worst feeling ever for me at night. I am even afraid of falling asleep because I dont want to feel those again, sometimes i can feel them more than once at night.

I think what affects most of us is.we know the importance of sleep and the consequences of not getting enough sleep,it's this fear that makes us more anxious.i fear the consequences of not getting enough sleep and it makes my anxiety worse.

I endured with insomnia for more than two years and considered there was no cure for my situation. Not until a psychological behavioral therapist offered this specific method *4InsomniaCure. Com* It really helped me find out more about sleep. I`m at this point sleeping perfectly again each night. I absolutely love sleeping in the bed again.. .

Wilcows people cannot sleep because the Kynurenine pathway function in the brain is compromised ...the tryptophan is shunted, hence tryptophan steal ....when the brain is in a positive pathway it goes...protein, tryptophan, htp5, serotonin, melatonin.. which gives rest, relation & SLEEP. Our good friends ZINC & magnesium.... as precursor to stop that tryptophan steal. ( their more to explain, how the brain works too much though to write here in this medium) good bye

Anything about insomnia is always about stress. But there's pretty much no resources for those with other causes! I do rarely worry at night but have been an insomniac since I was toddler do I've near lifelong sleep deprivation. It's most likely physiological but there's pretty no help or research for that side of things. And usually we get told it's not harmful!

So lately, I've been having this sleep problem that keeps me awake at night. Whenever I am about to fall asleep and have a glimpse of my dream, my body automatically wakes me up for some reason even without interruptions. I wear earplugs and all I see and hear nothing during these moments. It's like drifting into subconsciousness just to only be brought back to reality. I experience this for hours before being able to sleep and it drives me crazy. The last time I experienced this was during a traumatic event. Now, this feeling triggers every time I get woken up during my sleep by a sudden noise. Then a day after that, whenever I sleep, I get woken up for no reason even though if my surroundings are quiet and dark regardless of being happy, sad, stressed or angry. This kind of sensation lasts for about a day but now, it lasted for three days. Someone please help...

Wagga, ​ Avoid watching negative tv shows. ​ Detox the mind with a simple practice. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back straight, eyes closed, be as still as possible and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Day or night before sleep sit or lie down and observe your breath. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

Since many years I have made it a habit to observe my breath sensations even during my normal activities and I am feeling relaxed and healthy. It is so simple. No deep breathing or counting needed. Do meditation without expectations. Meditation happens to you if done with sincerety. Read my msg and do the practice regularly to develop your mental muscles during these tough times. Best wishes.

Can a doctor please help my girlfriend? I’ve slept with her every night the past 2 years and the past few months she stresses every single night about how she’s gonna fall asleep. She bought a $15 Uber home last night because she couldn’t sleep at my house. I gave her a ride home from the hotel before the night was over because she couldn’t sleep and wouldn’t stop stressing about how she’s gonna sleep. She’s always super super tired and anxious. It just won’t go away! Please help!

I've been suffering from terrible health anxiety for 4 weeks, but I'll get to sleep at night but ill wake up full of anxiety and be really tired during the day. Its like my body doesn't shut down even when I fall asleep 😔

The tips are great. Also, try having a routine the last 30 minutes before going to sleep such as putting the phone down, turning off the computer and getting some water. Your routine can vary, but doing this every day will let your mind and body know it's time to fall asleep. It also helps to listen to some soothing music *HINT* *HINT* *WINK* WINK*.

Anyone experience that feeling when you’re falling asleep and you get that falling down a skyscraper sensation but on your chest? that’s the best way i can describe the feeling and it’s only when I’m going to sleep. i also get super bad headache or tension or both. Help >.

Your not alone Friend it happens to me as well only 5-4 hours of sleep and its hard for me to start sleeping i goo for quick snoozes 15 min wake up then another 15 min it keep on going until i fall to sleep sometimes nothing at all my heart and chest hurt but pull through

I don’t know how to explain it but for some reason at night I get very anxious and I shake a lot I get really nauseous and I over think really bad that makes me feel like I’m drowning in my own thoughts, the past two nights I’ve gotten about 7 hours of sleep, and when I do fall asleep I end up waking up in the middle of the night sweating bad and feeling like I can’t breathe bc I get really bad nightmares. My nightmares are us the thing that I’m stressed/scared about. I don’t even know what to do anymore and no one is listening to me all they tell me to do is go to sleep and stop being dramatic.

This video made me feel worse to be honest , telling me what will happen if I don’t get to sleep causing my anxiety to get much worse because I’m thinking about what will happen if I don’t sleep and also the way this presenter is smiling and almost making out mental health in general to be a laughing matter is so frustrating. What helps me a little bit is to just think that while sleeping poorly might be dangereous, it is no guarantee that you will actually get chronic problems from it if it doesn't last your whole life. I've found no studies that actually point out how many weeks/months/years take its toll, they always talk super vaguely about "risk", so I guess just live in the present and see what the future will bring

Get a shovel and start digging, fill up flower plot with soil, basically just play with soil by digging & filling and burying your feets & hands & try sleeping on soil. It helped me though..

Try not to watch too much of videos like this..and try not to read too much comments in here..try to do ur usual routine.im suffering from sleep deprivation too due to some health issue whch caused me massive anxiety before the pandemic for around 2 weeks around oct. 2019 but i got back to normal.went bck being active, running kickboxing, hiking and hanging out with friends being the clown and freak that i was. Right around mid march this year i had my first panic attack..i thought id be back after that..but in came the lockdowns..never got to do my usual stress reliever..ive been suffering since then.ive had a point where ill have zero sleep for 3 days and then have panic attacks.a vicious cycle it was. Being stuck in an apartment alone did harm.i have yet to fully recover. To tie to the first sentence i wrote. I urge u fellow sufferers to limit watching and reading too much about insomnia and anxiety. Its hard to be selective about the info u are getting in a platform like this, most of the time it induces anxiety..im no expert and am still in the fire so to speak..but i find it helpful to do the things i enjoyed pre pandemic..even if sometimes i feel like a zombie and totally out of it i still force my self to do things i love or used to love.it can remind u of how u used to be and i think it would kick start many things..there is some truth to faking it til u make it..just dont give up hope..find something or someone who can help u find ur true ground..im quite a pessimestic guy bt at this point. Id give an arm and a leg to get my self back. Experts say that insomnia is the last symptom to disappear for people dealing with anxiety because ur subconscious mind lags in update so to speak and when u sleep, the subconscious takes over..1 way to hack ur subconcious they say is to make new memories..good ones..stay safe people..im hoping to see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Did you ever think that making videos that supposed to help people who struggle with anxiety/insomnia, are not helping them if you talk about how insomnia is going to create terrible sickness? Actually, this makes the anxiety and insomnia worse. In fact, insomnia or sleep disorder (I prefer the other term) is very different to sleep depravation. And it needs to be treated separately.

Hm strange. I never have stress and also I am rich. I dont have any problems whatever and only do what makes fun (e.g. playing bass in a band, playing chess, lifting weights). I am 45yo and since the covid vaccinations (which were forced unto me, so to say), I get anxiety feelings during the „falling asleep“ phase. I mean, in the moment when i am getting unconscious, the anxiety feelings come up and hinder me falling asleep. My doctors said this is an autonomous somatoform disorder.
