great video -I think we need to handle cancellations and changes to appointments and also be careful of privacy issues. Maybe also the person needs to be registered like a dental patient
There’s a lot of potential for adjustment - cancellations and rescheduling would be a completely separate video as each solution requires some additions to the setup

I mention that closer to the end. To make it reliable, you need to either already have the email linked with the phone number, or you need to collect it via sms.

Yes. It always depends on what industry you’re in. I would certainly stay away from cold calling as it’s not good enough to reason with the problems that come along. Inbound is already a thing and done by many.
