Brevity in its best form. Not only "why the emotions are important" is covered clearly, but also the ways how they are misused.

never contain an emotion! instead, dig into it, until full understanding of it's origin; then it will dissolve by itself.

Very interesting thank you, I think a lot of 'Mindfulness' practices can provide a lot of peace, but at the cost of not fully feeling our emotions.

So for the section discussing emotional underdevelopment. Is it the same as when something happens in the past and I wasn't given the opportunity to feel it through ->react and learn resulting in my inability to respond correctly to similar situations in the future?
