What non sense. It is problem of Bangladesh that they don't educate their citizens living near the borders. They should apply for visa. Border security force is just doing their job like everywhere else. India has open boundaries with Nepal. Its not possible to have one with Bangladesh due to the demographic sensitivities in Indian north eastern region. Very foolish move by the BSF. The woman could have been detained or arrested, shooting her at sight is simply not Indian culture. It is what the Pakistanis or Jamaat e Islami do.
