1 can of Prime drink costs Rs.1000-Rs.2000 in India and many Indian children are obsessed with it!
But why? Because it is owned by western influencers (Logan Paul and KSI).
I can bet if this drink was made in India, there wouldn't be nearly as much hype! I used to live in the US/UK for 13 years and I never saw any kid there following any Indian influencer, but most Indian children are obsessed with several western influencers.
It's not wrong to follow Western influencers, but the problem is with blindly copying western culture!
Not only is Prime energy insanely expensive, it also contains 200mg of caffeine (2 times more than redbull, 4 times more than an espresso shot). Such high levels of caffeine can also be dangerous when consumed by children.
It is sad to see that 75 years post independence we are still blindly copying some of the same western countries that we fought against!
