The crazy thing is that the new iPad pro is thin and light enough to comfortably hold it with one hand. It really does feel magical that something so powerful could be so light.
As you mentioned, the bezels on the iPad serve a purpose. They make it easier to hold the iPad without risking accidental touches. For that reason alone, I don’t think Apple will ever shrink the iPad’s bezels to the size of modern smartphones. If they were going to, I believe they would have done it by now. They’ve already reduced the bezels on the iPhone, Apple Watch, and even the MacBook-adding a notch in the process! By the way, I felt the video ended a bit abruptly. I think you've done a great job by asking a question to engage viewers and adding a clickable link to a previous video, but the ending could feel smoother. If I were you, I would consider: - Asking viewers to leave a comment with their thoughts. - Thanking them for watching until the end and for their support. - Explicitly recommending one of your previous videos (maybe your first one, since it performed impressively well). Here’s how I’d approach it: - After your final question, say something like, “Make sure to share your thoughts in the comments below!” - Add a small beep or another sound cue to signal the start of the ending segment. - Show an outro screen with your animated character, plus a link to one of your previous videos. - Thank the audience out loud, and maybe add a personal note, like, “I’ve read all your comments and…” or mention upcoming plans for the channel (keeping it brief). - Close with something like, “If you enjoyed this video, you might want to check out my last video on…” Of course, this is just a suggestion, and you should adapt it to suit your style!
Wow! The improvement in quality since your first video just a week ago is incredible. Your first two videos were already great, but you've really leveled up. I love the redesign of your animated character-it looks so much more modern. Keep up the fantastic work!
As someone who's used an iPad, Samsung Tabs and under display technology, bezels are a super interesting topic (for me personally ofc). Jumping from the iPad to the Tab Ultra, the smaller bezels were noticeable and the notch wasn't as intrusive as I thought. Under display camera quality is absolute garbage, for sure, but as someone who never takes selfies I 1000% prefer the extra pixels - its just less intrusive Buuut ofc Apple will do things the Apple way. Their brand is based on quality so it makes sense why they've stayed true to the same formula for, what, 6 years now with their iPad lineup Fun fact: the side bezels on the home button iPads are actually SMALLER than the ones on the latest iPads. Considering iPads are used on portrait mode frequently it's interesting to know the side bezels used to be smaller. Ig they choose the uniform bezels over the 2 different sized ones for asthetic reasons but its still pretty cool to know :D
I think apple has the thick besels to keep the 'uniformity' of the bezels and to keep the brand image. They 2000% couldve made them thin but chose not to and instead increase them; maybe to keep the space for other components ,mabye to save on money since they make the screen smaller than the actual body of the device. I think its to not have a device that has the screen as the actual body size ,since they could fit more into the device with bezel space (youd be surprised, you could probably add another 1000 mah onto the battery with that space).
Because it's important that prevent to mistouch side screen, imagine that tablet android or ipad without bezel, feel like more annoying because mistouch or swiping screen on finger.
They could still slim down the bezels the to the size of the faceid unit on the iphones and carry that uniform border across the entire device. They will eventually though but not now otherwise theres less reason to upgrade we'll get there slowly.
Honeslty I would prefer my ipad mini with a tiny little bit smaller bezels as they do look big and just a smaller cutout would still let the grip and the camera work without problem
You’re repeating yourself over and over and you talk like we’re stupid lol, seems like you’re yapping just to make the video longer. Take this as constructive feedback
Honestly my problem with the new iPads is the landscape camera location instead of the portrait camera location, so if I take a vertical front photo or vertical selfie, it just looks like it’s not centered, so I think Apple should make an iPad in the future should have two front cameras in the vertical and landscape locations.
