It’s not a public trading company , so they don’t have to worry about numbers in every quarters and just focus on long term.

7 pounds ! 😂😂. It was definitely the pizza. The pizza is awesome. I love the outside spaces on MSC too. Beautiful ships.

Yes the Pizza, pizza, pizza! I ate my fair share. And the ship is great. I loved it so much I'm taking a group of Medical professional on it.

Glad to see that MSC is gaining popularity in the US. We are familiar with them in Europe and the UK of course, and they even do mini 2 and 3 nights cruises out of Southampton to Northern Europe that's cheaper than 2 nights in land based hotels for a weekend break, or flying for a weekend from the UK to Amsterdam.

We did Bella our very first MSc cruise in an interior Bella. It was our favorite cruise of 4. The entertainment and food was still the initial European style which we enjoyed as a new experience. This was long before the shutdown

And given who they are their capital cost structure is probably much, much lower than public lines. They can use the cash generated by the cargo group to subsidize the MSC line. No or very interest. Plus, since they are trying to break into the market and, again, backed up by the cash from the cargo line, they do loss leader deals to suck up cruise passenger market share. Just my guess . . .

We also choose Bela the only time I would choose fantasia is when I go on a cruise with the interior facing balcony, as I can think of nothing worse I want the sea outside my cabin. That is the benefit of MSC you pay for what you want .

MSC ships are beautiful but the service, passenger density, staff to passenger ratio and quality of the cruising experience is not the best. From my experience MSC is a notch below Carnival and a step above Margaritaville at Sea cruises.

On Celebrity we don’t need a drink package because they have free water, juice, coffee, and tea in the buffet and that is all we need. We will pay for the occasional cocktail or specialty coffee if we want one. Does MSC offer free beverages in the buffet or is it necessary to purchase at least a basic drink package?

They build some of the most beautiful ships because they can! No one fact checks anything today, it’s unbelievable. What does MSC stand for? MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING COMPANY, one of the largest shipping companies in the world. Those prices probably won’t last forever either. Complaints coming for champion McDonald eaters and those that can’t fry an egg!
