I will try to summarize what Acharya ji is trying to say ( and what I understand ) -> He is saying to we should question things around us, like religion, our belives, our mind, out thoughtsand everything. And also we should be curious too... like learn new things, about phone, laptop, airoplane etc..... Please add some more thoughts here... I would like to know more.
What is one-way media? It started with the radio. The communication is all one-way, which means that you don't really have to exercise your mind. You have no option but to consume what the radio is serving you. The radio had neutralized only the ears. With the TV, both the ears and the eyes were gone. There is a great degree of passive consumption that is happening. And in that passive consumption the mind is not even required to exercise discretion. When that happens, obviously the mind is getting dulled down. You cannot interact, you cannot object, and with all this happening, the medium of consumption that used to be more primary has declined. Books. Now with books there is an advantage. You can stop at some point and think and brood. You can underline, you can scribble something in the margins, you are not compelled to keep reading on or listening on. Even superior to the books, was the personal medium, where you are taking face-to-face with a teacher or a creator or a scientist. There you have to be extremely attentive, because the fellow in front of you can actually ask you something. You have been listening to those videos, just so that you can get drunk on the content. The result of all this has been the rise of a new kind of modern superstition. When you are not discrete, when you are not inquisitive, when you do not want to question and know. When inquiry is not your cup of tea, then you just believe. Something has come to you, so you just believe it. This habit has been cultivated for so long. That's the result of several decades of practise. Practise of unconsciousness. New kinds of westernized superstitions have emerged. We don't want to say "wait, explain!" And do not utter a previous word until you have explained the previous one. We are turning very unconscious, very animalistic. Have you seen how contemptuous people are towards science and knowledge? The consequences are a decline in IQ, a general decline in the population of the world. We are turning into idiots! The animal doesn't understand, and doesn't have a need to understand. If you are using a phone, you must know something about the phone. You should know about the external world. Why is the plane flying? You should also know about the internal world. Why are you flying? The essence of humanity is consciousness, and consciousness wants to realise and realisation doesn't happen without inquiry.
Pls someone provide summary of each acharya ji video.I am unable to watch videos these days due to paucity of time.Atleast I can go through summary in few minutes.Thanks in advance !!
Since 2017 I've consumed so much trash(with less engagements to books) till now 2024, I used prepare for my examinations just by watching videos on youtube(I lost attentiveness)
गुरूजी नमन 🙏🏻 गुरूजी एक जिज्ञासा है....मेरा या हमारा अनुभव अक्सर ये है अगर कोई जानवर, पशु, पक्षी आधी के इर्द गिर्द कोई हरकत होती है तो वो तुरंत action में आ जाते है अर्थार्थ सदैव पूर्ण चेत / चेतना / attention में रहते है.... जबकि मनुष्यों के साथ ऐसा नहीं है... इस हिसाब से तो जानवरों की चेतना ऊपर है... हाँ.. इंसान का बौद्धिक स्तर ऊपर है.... तो चेतना को अधिक महत्व क्यूँ दिया जाता है...
चेतना का बढ़ना मतलब ये नहीं की आपकी इन्द्रियों की गुणवत्ता बढ़ जाए ऐसे तो कुत्ते भी ज्यादा सूंघ सकते है और चमगादड़ अँधेरे में उड़ सकते है चेतना का बढ़ना मतलब सत्य के केंद्र से आत्मा के केंद्र से ज्यादा और अहं या अपूर्णता के केंद्र से कम संचालित होना आँखों से देखना और आँखों के पीछे से देखने में अंतर है आँखे सतह को देखती है अंतर की आँखे ये देखती है की वो सत्य नहीं है
वह जीवन के अंतर्गत अनुभव की चेतना की बात करते है जिसके लिए बोध भी आवश्यक है! Reflex action हर जानवर के पास होते हैं, अगर इंसान को भी कांटा लगे तो वह तुरंत हरकत करेगा तो इसमें कुछ खास नहीं है। आध्यात्मिक चेतना का संबंध अंतर्गत चेतना से है! Reflex action या involuntary action तो सभी जनवरो के दिमाग को evolution ने सीखा दिया है, हमारे और जानवरों के शरीर में स्थित अनेक hormones और कोशिकाएं इस काम में सदियों से निपुण है तो इस बात का आध्यात्मिक चेतना से कोई संबंध नहीं है बल्कि इसका सम्बन्ध जानवर के जिंदा रहने से है क्यों की इससे उसे सुरक्षा मिलती है। अनेक जानकारी के लिए NCERT की कक्षा 10 की विज्ञान की किताब का 7वा पाठ पढे या और research करे, जीव विज्ञान का बड़ा साधारण सा विज्ञान है। 🙏🙏
