Why are some people so stupid? Why do they wait? 

It has become apparent to me that I am surrounded by people that wait for a problem to occur in order to address it instead of stopping ahead of time. Why do people wait for something to go wrong and then wonder why it happened? It's almost as if every time is a learning experience, can you guys relate?
