It is not a coin. It does not have have a face value of the currency of country for which it is minted. It is simply a minted bar - granted, it is a good looking minted bar.
The black swan is the state emblem of Western Australia, where Perth (state capital) is located. I am a proud born and bred Western Australian. I live just south of Perth. I've done the tour of the Perth Mint, it's an awesome place if you ever get the opportunity to visit. 😊🇦🇺
No tarnish or spots here. Keep the silver with a dessicant and in sealed bag. Sulpher in our air tones silver and high humidity causes spotting. IT REALLY WORKS !
They used the leftover planchards from the 2023 dragon's. They havent done it for a few years because they couldnt keep up with the production program they already had. But back to it this year. Im almost at a full tube.
My current favorite bar is the Pioneer metals 10 ounce poured bar. These are shrink wrapped in heavy plastic (not cellophane), so very well protected but not taking up extra space like an encapsulated bar.
