As a prior U.S. intel community member myself, I think you should consider the fact that when the U.S. handed over research and other sensitive operational security issues to private corporations (to escape public scrutiny and provide layers of plausible deniability), they committed a crime against society with long-term consequences that most civilians don't ever consider: As private corporations, it benefits their financial longevity to release the technology they have hoarded piecemeal over a long period of time, allowing their profits to consistently rise. They have no incentive to reveal it. Moreover, those extreme profits allow them to hire the best and most talented minds of our century and place them under contract to stay silent. And if the stories are true, then some of them engage in illegal unsanctioned violence to maintain their secrets, which if true means that they prioritize their profits so highly that they'll kill for it. David, you nailed it. The privatization of intelligence is a massive scam and allows the most powerful forces in the world to act with impunity. It also gives them legal cover from Freedom of Information Act requests. The evidence from the Wilson memo and Library of Congress by Michael Schratt and a lot of sightings indicates that private weapons manufacturers are *the* central player in the secret space program, which completely transcends national borders and involves predatory ET's. Some of these corporations, such as Raytheon, are clearly involved in the development of advanced weather modification such as directed energy weapons as well. For instance check out the whistleblower Eric Hecker, who worked for Raytheon in Antarctica. Privatized is a Big Deal!! I am glad you brought up this point. Given the privatization & other variables that were discussed on this video I am very Disappointed with the viewpoint expressed. I am suspicious of being from elsewhere think its OK to talk to only some of the people of earth and not all of us. To me this is an indicator that "authority figures" are NOT talking to the right people/aliens. As Paul pointed out some of the visitors were not supportive of humans & some were supportive & aided in development of the peoples of earth.

Thank you Paul. I would like to add the following. The issue of human beings becoming interstellar is more than a technological issue. It is also a psychological issue. I remember when a video appeared in the internet showing a UFO coming out from under the sea, in an area near the coast, in southern Puerto Rico. There is (or was) an underwater base close by. I was looking at a map of PR online to mention where I saw it, but I just noticed that is no longer showing and the map has been modified in the area and the entrance to the base is no longer showing. I doubt we will be allowed to discover the ability to manipulate time and space and so travel the Universe until we become at one. And the audio clarity is superb as I'm half deaf to begin with. I really have little to zero faith in global humanity rising and the secretive protocols by the government and NGOs. My theory is that we have been observed for a long time and the Visitors have an acute understanding of our problems. This is in direct conflict with spirituality. It feels like he is projecting our own struggles on ET races. In a sense, we've done that for eons in our mythology and material we now call fiction. I'd call this new mythology, not higher knowing. All higher knowing comes from within. Stories come from our imagination. While I enjoy his storytelling, I don't take it as truth. Paul, Here is something you can add to your list of investigations, and it involves the Star of Bethlehem myth. Notice that people claim they could navigate by the star by night and day. This would mean that it was visible and stationary. As a commercial airline pilot for over 35 years, I can say from my experience that a celestial navigational star is not visible by night and day unless it is in a geosynchronous orbit. So this begs the question, was it a low orbit, high orbit, or was it something hovering like a blimp/ballon type object? With this I leave you with a journey to explore this proverbial rabbit hole. In saudi arabia, no woman could drive a car and now they do, but with hijab and properly dressed. In israel for example, no woman was allowed to touch the torah, just few years ago they allowed them to touch it, but the women are not allowed to sit with men in synagogue together and it is forbidden. In usa you write something on the walls in the street you will be in prison and charged. So every and each country has its own rules and regulations and must be obeyed. In few asian countries if you throw your chewing gum on the street, you will be charged and punished very very badly. So Iran is not exception. This is a great discussion on the possibilities of alien contact being officially recognized. However, I do not believe that the people on this planet will benefit from it. Paul thanks again for an interesting update on the politics of UFO-ology etc. Concerning Space-time relationships, I tend to see it from more of a Quantum understanding of SPACE TIME and not so much as just physical dimensional materials and technology aspect? Once we understand the relationship that Space holds on a quantum level, and the timing aspect in relation to that, then we are able to apply a suitable technology and materials that may assist in the process/transmission and transition thru Space and be able to manipulate Time ? When we can enter that quantum' dimensional understanding of Space, I believe this is where 'other' more advanced beings are already occupying and observing US from? - And, this is why, we will be able to take up our place at the cosmic table of beings. It is an evolutionary step in consciousness and energetics that will come first, then apply those principles to conducive materials to enable the physical nature of man to make the transition, visa versa. The quantum knowledge and understanding of spatial relationships within ourselves that is the immediate ground and field that enables the process. Just as Jesus said no-one can enter the kingdom of Heaven but via me. Because he had an evolved understanding of the physical nature of the Universe. The battle between good and evil continues. Jesus was put to death by the Jewish leadership to prevent the end of the old covenant and the start of the new. They knew this would end their current hierarchy. The final battle may be very near.
