Congress should over-ride this immediately. If they stopped aid to Israel in the same package as Ukraine, they should immediately stop the money to ukraine until such time they follow through with the bill congress passed. This gives the appearance they had ALL INTENTION on withholding the Israel aid and added it in to the bill to get the ukraine money
