The licence plate is owned by the DVLA and they are on the outside of the vehicle so they CAN be identified in public. Their is NO such thing as a private number plate.

if you are a taxi driver or similar a dash cam will capture HUNDREDS , or even thousands of numberplate in a day , to say nothing of faces ( and souls ) they have taken 😂 It's a wonder the police don't raid taxi drivers houses to get all the DATA they steal 😀 . Poor Angela has not thought things through, and has NO understanding public photography orvthe concept of NO privicy in public , far less drone laws , or no flight zones, the extent of Angela's ignorance is quit something 😮

'Argumentative' by declining a request and by pointing out legal rights. I'd call it just asserting your rights and trying to give insight. Ignorance of the law is no defense. It is a criminal offence to interfere with an operating drone pilot. It is perfectly legal to fly a sub 250 gram drone over a private business. It is a criminal offence to waste police time or make false allegations or claims. No permission is required. No permission is required to photograph people or anything from a public place.

I second that, even as far as to suggest that a YT Short be made of Angela's highlights with the channel clearly watermarked. It could easily end up being recyled and result in more awareness of the channel and it's message.
