dont think it was as bad as some comments make it out to be but he is probably better att writing comedy and stuff like that. But you can never be good at something from the start. if he is passionate about stuff like this then he should go for it
he will get better at interviewing footballers. They have sort of thrown him in the deep end but it's fine I guess. The sancho one was alot worse than this.

Maybe a bit cynical of me, but it was probably partially ‘scripted’ - don’t forget most production is to decide an outcome and then manufacture the content to make it happen - that’s why we have so much crap T.V. These days - non talented producers and directors. Personally I thought Dappah was a bit awkward, a bit over the top. I think Phil was thinking ‘just let me get back on the training pitch’ 😂😂
