Why do bad things happen? Why do we lament on the past? In this motivational lecture, Swami Mukundananda reveals the divine reasoning for the events in our life. When something unfortunate happens, we lament on it. When we lament on it in the present, our mind goes into the past. We think about why this happened, why that happened, it was very bad that it happened, why did it happen at all? Etc. When our mind is in the past, the present contemplation (chintan) one is required to do will vanish.
