In Bangladesh - 96% quota in primary school jobs - 85% quota in railway jobs - 56% quota in BCS jobs Is this tolerable!!!?? The average Quota for descendants of freedom fighters is 30%. But their population is only 1.47% which means more than 28% posts are vacant.

Our govt. jobs have 56% quota and the rest 44% are for general students, which is why the movement started in the first place. The majority of these quota goes to Freedom Fighters of Bangladesh Liberation war, which is 30%. But as our country has been independent for over 50+ years, that quota system does not justify as it used to back in the 1972.

जातिगत नहीं बल्कि गरीबी के आधार पर आरक्षण लागू होना चाहिए जातिगत नहीं बल्कि गरीबी के आधार पर आरक्षण हिन्दुस्तानियों को मिले। सरकारें व राजनीतिक दल अपना वोट बैंक बनाने के लिए आरक्षण रूपी अस्त्र का इस्तेमाल कर हिन्दुस्तान को टुकड़ों मंे बांट रही है। जिसे अब बर्दाश्त नहीं करेंगे। अब वक्त आपस मंे लड़ने का नहीं बल्कि सरकार से लड़ने का वक्त है। आरक्षण पर हक वास्तव मंे गरीबों का है। चाहे वह किसी भी जाति अथवा समाज से हो। जात-पात को दूर कर हिन्दुस्तान में सिर्फ दो ही जात पर आरक्षण तय हो, जिसे एक अमीर व दूसरा गरीब। गरीब चाहे किसी भी जाति से हो उसका आरक्षण मिलना चाहिए। यदि दलित समाज का व्यक्ति गरीब से अमीर बन गया है तो उसे आरक्षण से बाहर करना चाहिए।

भारत में भी शिक्षा और नौकरियों में आरक्षण पूरी तरह बंद होना चाहिए। Reservation in education and jobs should be completely stopped in India too. ভারতেও শিক্ষা ক্ষেত্রে এবং চাকরির ক্ষেত্রে রিজার্ভেশন সম্পুর্ন বন্ধ করে দেওয়া উচিত।
