Why Being Kind to Yourself is a Good Thing  

Today’s phrase of the day is “Onward and upward!” I share my thoughts about prioritizing caring for my body over running myself into the ground. Overall, it's an enjoyable day! I’m getting into the groove of pilgrim life, immersing myself in new cultures, making friends, chatting with the owners of the Albergue, and eating like a teenager. Pardon the poor video quality; I had technical difficulties.
