Experts estimate that from the roughly 4500 nuclear warheads of Russia 12-1500 are waiting dismantling and of the remaining up to 90% need to be serviced or not functioning . Russia has no microchip industry and is unable to keep regular airlines in the air. I think like the tanks Russian weapon systems and technology is not what everyone thinks it is . The biggest challenge for Russia and Korea is that they have no or run out of money ..Russia will be set back economically a 100 years .. North Korea is and open air prison ... Yes I do think

US can use an option to allow Seoul to have nuclear weapons as a powerful policy tool to press China and Russia to control North Korea nuclear program. If China or Russia does not control the North Korea nuke weapons, US could tell China that US may have to allow South Korea to develop their own nuke program. It is an effective policy tool since China does not want the south Korea to develop their own nukes.

I'm almost 60 yrs old and I remember back in the mid to late 70s having nuclear drills in school. the alarm would ring in a certain tone and we all would get in line along with our teacher and go into a part if the school that had a fallout shelter..many many of the old schools that had these shelter have been demolished and rebuilt..as of 44 yrs ago all school districts have done away with nuclear drills ..imagine your kids or grandchildren going through that aging when those drills were practiced no one not even the teachers or staff were told if it was a drill or if it was real...that was nerve racking every time we would have one back in those days..

Hypocrisy! The US is in every country today because of their selfish interest. For example, the US is in Poland because of Russia, in Ukraine because they want to be closer to Russia, the US is in South Korea because they want to be getting Intel on North Korea, the US is in Taiwan because of China and microchip, they're in Israel because of their interest in the Middle East and Iran. The list goes on and on. The US is the cause of all the problems in the whole world today. The US's closeness to these countries attracted perpetual enmity to their host countries because of the US quest for hegemony, the US wants to police the world for their interests while doing whatever they like without being questioned or punished by anyone.

Russia HAD NO CHOICE in making alliance with North Korea because Putler doesn't get full commitment of assistance from China in the war against Ukraine. The reason is China itself has to prepare their military & weapons for future war with Taiwan & USA. On March 2024, Putler made plan to send around 150 thousand of Russian people to the battlefield, thus less & less Russians works in manufacturing facilities making ammunition, weapons & missiles. And for this reason, Putler need North Korea military assistances to make ammunition, weapons & missiles for Russia.
