I gotta say the video is perfect and yes I actually love the idea of either 1. King has a plot manipulation hax but isn’t aware of it 2. The Saitama stand joke 3. Fate itself is bending the universe in such a way that OPM GOD looks like an utter joke Either one of these three reasons is fine by me 😂❤❤ But I do wonder Maybe make a what if video as one of my suggestions “What if another God/Goddess like entity was protecting King”
The best part about King is that despite being the strongest man on Earth, he's still humble and modest. Letting the other heroes shine, never letting his reputation get to his head, and he doesn't even buy any gaudy clothing. Despite his power, he comforts the people by acting like any regular guy. That's one of the reasons why he's a good hero.
@@Nell_Hell Yeah... I know what you mean. Pig God. He's nowhere near as powerful as King, but he is one of the S-Class heroes, and he's similarly modest and humble.
@@someguy2819king’s ability doesn’t work on Saitama the proof is Saitama is the only person who knows king is weak so king’s ability to make people dumb doesn’t work on him
Honestly King would win even without Saitama. He would say something confusing while standing calm. Blast would missunderstand it as King knowing and exposing his greatest weakness/fear. Blast would begin to feel incredibly unsure of himself while the King engine gets louder and louder.
When king says that meaningless words, it could have meaning in other universes blast have that blast have visited. So he could scare blast showing a very diverse knowledge
@@fs5866 he may have the strongest power but he still faces the most stress out of any hero saitama may not have as strong a power as king but he has a chill life while king is always scared
For those of you saying King died to Cosmic Radiation...he was obviously faking it and letting his underlings take care of it because they're not even worth King's time so he decided to probably take a nap Edit: holy crap, thanks for the likes lol
Yeah that never happened though. Saitama reversed time and defeated Garou. Thus King simply allowed that to happen so that Saitama can do it. That’s just how strong King is.
I've come to the conclusion that we can't as the readers and also the people in the manga truly appreciate and comprehend King's feats without going insane. For example it looked like to me Garou radiation poisoned everyone, teleported out with Saitama, and then somehow they appeared back in the past with Saitama punching him out. In fact from what I've seen in various videos made on this it seems everyone has some variant of this as well. I think King is more like the Mandela Effect, I think he handled the situation but the rest of our cognitive dissonance couldn't handle it so we made up a group narrative that Saitama handled it when dang sure as heck know King did it. I think this is why we all limit King so much, we don't want to bang our heads into padded walls drooling by really believing a human being can be so strong that he can project himself into a manga and do impressive feats in that environment we can read and accept.
Meta luck can't undo the laws of nature. It makes the best possible outcome happen for you with the key word being possible. Which given Saitama time traveled to change reality and undo Kings death kind of still worked.
King’s abilities: - manipulate the plot - even if killed, uses plot to revive himself (but most likely he just slept because it got boring) - his mere heartbeat can intimidate everyone - if he is there in the battle, his side will always win - his luck is immeasurable - he is a goat - can summon Saitama (GOD Level Summon) - his accuracy and speed is immeasurable - King never backs down (never what 🗣🗣) - can easily survive any attacks with plot manipulation - can tank any attacks - king most likely never broke his limiter (if he does he is Above God Level, or maybe Transcendence Level) - Can easily take down any monsters if he wishes to (including both cosmic Garou and Boros) - he easily beaten both Garou and Suiryu with only a mere controller, while the other two used vr headset using their full power
We should remember that King canonically killed a monster from sheer intimidation alone. He was always holding back because his aura was so strong it could melt normal humans.

In my opinion, king has in fact the power of lucky, so if blast tries to fight him, the ""Universe"" will cooperate with him and make king win this fight somehow
well its more so due to king's rank tricking people into thinking hes strong, every thing he does makes people mistake he did something amazing and any warning he gives, people will take seriously because his power lets him easily baffle others with bullshit, he may warn blast that a fight between godly beings like them could result in a galaxy collapsing and all the stars in it turning into black holes then combining into an even bigger one and blast would believe that bullshit
Blast feats: made a portal Kings feats: fought platinum s, flashy flash and garou at the same time, fought cosmic garou and went back in time to no diff him, call out tatsumaki and no diffed her, fought and kicked boros to the moom, fought the entirety of S class and fought a monsterized garou, no diffed brilliant eagle Phoenix man, fought phykorochi, fought orochi, no diffed gale wind and hellfire flame at the same time, stared down god after mentioning his name. ALSO he perception blitz Awakened monsterized garou making him alongside all of the s class heros think hellwave cannon instantly destroyed all the monsters when he actually moved so fast that the sheer air pressure created by him moving created a miniature thermobarbaric explosion ripping all of the monsters to shreds.
Forgot about that time that He went back in time to destroy meteors so there could be live on earth and that He uses the moon as a punch bag so that's why it has craters
@@gustavopereira4924 don't forget the fact that he flew into space to throw a bomb that could have destroyed the entire solar system into a giant black hole and the fact that the majority of mythologies foreshadowed his birth
@@sirius872 And the fact that he can instantly notice someone's weakness and conditions such as against Homeless Emperor and Iaian, knows about the dolzenberg phenomena, can sense the concentration of nitrogen and engawatson in the atmosphere, can predict catastrophes using this. Can slice between cells too. Also completed the final training ground, and then revived someone from the dead there too.
In an alternate universe, King gets lost on a regular stroll and wanders into the entire monster association having a meeting. They see him alone and prepare to attack him, but King releases the most epic King engine in history and blurts out a bluff that the S class heroes have already infiltrated the monsters. This causes the monsters to panic and turn on each other, destroying each other and the entire base. King by some miracle makes it out and is seen by the Hero association catching his breath standing in front of the obliterated Monster HQ and immediately gets hailed as the greatest hero of all time. Shortly afterwards, Blast quits his hero duties to start playing video games with King.
I like how insane the King theories get, my personal favorite was the theory that everything that happened with Saitama's growth after Garou's radiation "killed" King was King's latent abilities willing Saitama to get stronger and get so powerful to the point where he turns back time to a point where King doesn't die, because his power will literally NOT allow him to die, no matter the situation.
King didnt die, he just slept cus he hasnt used more than 1% of his power in years. He just gave saitama the boost to travel back in time so to not bother himself
I'm going to spoil a book cuz it's many decades old at this point. A Spell for Chameleon. It's about a world where magic is the norm and every person has a magic talent of varying power levels. If your talent is super powerful, it's a "Magician-caliber" talent. But in this land you're required to demonstrate your talent by 18 years old or you get exiled into a land of no magic. The main character has no talent as far as everyone can tell, but he goes to see a magician talented in "information". This magician is very powerful but all he can tell is the main character (Bink) has very powerful magic, but can't determine what it is. Lots of things happen until someone else finally figures out Bink's talent: It's a talent which protects him from any serious harm from any magical source. It normally protects him through coincidences so no one can figure out that it's even there. Someone later even theorizes that Bink's talent might've brought other people to him to protect him when he needed protection and that could possibly screw people over if it thought other people were a threat. Of course no one knows because it all seems to be "coincidence" but who knows...?
I love this. This is what versus fights should be. Just pure fun. I hate it when people start throwing insults at each other because their favorite fictional character didn't win against another fictional character in a fictional fight.
It doesn't even have to reach the level of throwing insults for versus debates to get so serious that they aren't even fun anymore. Like chill, you're arguing over fictional dudes fighting each other. Get off your high horse and don't take it or yourself so seriously.
Solid breakdown! In my opinion, King definitely wins. Garou was strong, but he was never referred to as a God-level threat even after he grew exponentially stronger through his battle with Saitama. Even if King was holding back in their battle, Garou's growth is so ridiculous that I don't think Blast could stand up to peak Cosmic Garou. And that Garou is not considered threat level God by the manga, meanwhile King fought and most likely beat a God-level threat when he was much younger than he is now, so he's potentially grown stronger since that encounter. Overall, I agree with Your conclusion that Kind low diffs.
Garou is a God level threat. A God level threat is something that can bring human extinction, and blast said that Garou radiation will kill everyone on earth.
@@justicemontwedi7185 I'd consider him God level, but he hasn't received any official confirmation of being that level in the manga, no box or anything. Meanwhile King fought a confirmed God level threat.
2 more things - King is so fast and perceptive he often arrives before the monster attacks, saitama is always late and you're lucky if Blast even shows up. - Saitama regularly breaks game controllers when angry, despite his godly power king won an entire game tournament ON A GAMEPAD and didn't leave a scratch. He also never gets mad, I assume he achieved that mental fortitude by sleeping with the heater on in the summer and the windows open in the winter cause he's a hero for SERIOUS.
king also beat martial artists like bang, bomb, and Garou in a video game tournament while they were using vr and were using actual martial arts moves while king beat them all with only a controller
I believe the fight would go something like this... Blast knows he is no challenge for the strongest man on Earth... So he opens multiple portals in random locations to create distance between him and King while he powers up a god containing portal. king panics and starts blabbering incoheriently, casting some sort of incantation. At that moment Saitama realizes there is a portal in front of him... on the toilet. He screams Pervert and punches the portal so hard it shatters and explodes on the other side, the shockwave forcing Blast backwards and into his god trap. King wins.
Shibabawas prophecy actually reffered to the God level threat, octopus claw man. King dragged him into the past and killed him off panel. Prophecy avoided...
king should be able to able to forsee blasts portals coming with his senses, he was able to detect the elements in the air plus the ones that cannot be read with technology.
This is not even a debate, everyone knows that King is the strongest character in OPM not only is he able to manipulate the fence to suit him, he is also able to summon Saitama and as one of the few people he was able to have a very serious debate with him about what it means to be the ultimate hero and really, if it wasn't for King, Saitama would probably be more more lost in his depression than before
Memes aside, King is probably my favorite - not just a character, but the very concept of taking plot-armor (something that is frown upon) and completely subverting it as a hilariously fun thing. In-universe, he doesn't possess any kind of special power, at least from his point of view. Yet he's essentially has plot armor that protects him from anything. What i'm wondering, is the metatextual power of being plot-armored character is completely separated from the in-universe continuum or is it "bleeds" into reality. I believe Saitama made an observation about King's special luck. And Saitama is the only person alive who actually KNOWS King's truth, which may imply that narrative plot-armor is actually bleeding into the in-universe reality and that Saitama being the anomaly that he is, is beyond it's limits.
Even Saitama isn't immune though. Saitama is strong enough to be able to see that King isn't powerful, but he's still drawn to King and hangs out with him all the time, and when King is in serious trouble, Saitama appears whether he knew about it or not.
In order to beat king, I think it's logical to assume you have to be stronger than saitama in order to kill king before saitama can catch up to your level of strength.
This actually could be an interview from the perspective of other S class hero speculating about those two. Despite the comedic purpose, it could look like this because from other heroes perspective King is actually truly strong even tho we know in reality he is just unintentionally taking credit for Saitama's work.
In my head cannon, kings power is his insane luck, which means he literally cannot be hurt. Technically, if his power was luck, that would make sense why he was ranked so high, if it’s impossible for him to lose.
That seems to be the actual canon. Whether or not it's a gag, reality always arranges itself so King wins. His power awakened when Saitama saved him (when he got the scar) and since that moment, he has never once been hurt in a fight.
I fucking love King, one of my top 3 favourite character. The originality behind the king engine, the ‘feats’ that he pulled off, the humour, its fucking awesome
You deserve way more subs, your content is more high quality and yet you still upload more consistently than most people with even 100k subs. Love your vids man keep up the good work!
instantly clicked on the title to comment a meme.. yall think blast is gonna be able to move under the mighty galactic pressure of the great king engine.
King is actually a Stand User and his stand is named the "One Punch Man" which is capable of defeating anything and everyone... and just like how Star Platinum prevented Jotaro from being killed, King cannot die because of his Stand Hahahahaha.
Plot armor is king’s reality warping power. Any opponent he faces against is fated to lose. His universe just uses various different tools to accomplish this.
King's power is not just limited to summoning saitama, it extends to everything. Summon garou, make people overthink of extreme scenarios. Saitama is just a pawn for King.
The best thing about King is despite his super Hax Luck stat being so outrageously strong that it alters reality to secure him easy wins against some of the strongest monsters in history, he's the most likeable and humble of the S class heroes and is the only one who regularly beats Saitama at video games while being his best friend. Legitimately everyone human and monster alike fears and respects him and he does it all while just standing there menacingly 😂
I don't think people understand that King ALWAYS will summon someone strong enough to protect him. Like even if Saitama would try to kill him he'd end up summoning Gilgamesh from fate or something😂
I could totally believe that King does actually have a genuine superpower. Absurd luck. And an insanely well-honed tactical mind. Dude is a god with controlling machines and noticing stuff nobody else would pick up on.
Let's be really honest: in terms of potential alone, king is far stronger than anyone. He can react in-game to garou and saitama. His brain is already capable of fighting people leagues above him, it's just his body holding him back
As someone who has never watched OPM and didn't know about this guy, I spent a good 12 hours thinking this was real until the comments of another video made me realize.
initially i thought this would be a joke video but the idea that we are from the perception of an OPM citizen is genius af. Not only does it give King a legitimate chance at fighting Blast in this sense but is also just a more entertaining idea overall. Great job!
"Blast totally deserves his number one spot" Meanwhile: Saitama single highhandedly founded the entire organization but gets 0 credit FR though King is just Saitama's accidental unwanted avatar.
You're supposed to do April Fool's Day jokes on April 1st my good sir. Also, I think King is the best, in every way, though his friendship with Saitama is pretty cool too. So, I guess that in that sense, Saitama is cool too.
I have a theory , i think all the redrawns of opm wasn't because murata was unsatisfied by the chapters but it was king who used his "extreme reality manipulation king cosmic version of world peace hitler" to force murata to change the chapters because he didnt like the recent chapters . i think its the truth guys . king is using "perceptive reality breaking version boundary reversal technique of microscopic causality" to interfere with our world.
FUN FACT King competed in video game on a handheld controller vs shinryu, garou and saitama who were using VR set and could use all of their powers in it into the game. King completely demolished all three of them in the game where played on a controller.
I still think Blast is stronger than even the fictional version of King that people have in their heads. His best feat is creating a crater on the moon while Blast held back the Serious Punches from Saitama and Garou.
ho will it go: due to his luck he manages to impress blast (completely by chance) who aknowledge the match as win for king, and says he will come some other time to spar if he has an occasion. people will witness and assume hes slightly stronger than blast
If king fought blast then what would happen is before blast could move he gets an alert that he’s needed for an emergency and he leaves thus forfeiting
Name:king Strength: moon level. Speed: irrelevant Durability: god level IQ/BIQ: omniscient Hax: high outerversal-boundless. King engine Feats: beyond teiring Abilities: being able to summon anyone to do his bidding. Status: strongest man in the world
