I've always bought the basics and have variety. Solid color T- shirts for no more than $15 and chinos/jeans, long sleeve button downs, polos and flannels up to $30 max. It's about where and when to buy. Also, the most important thing in my personal opinion is the fit.

Exactly im the person with low budget and better style, i try new styles everytime with low budget shopping.

I already do this, I watch movies like goodfellas, wolf of Wall Street, even Spider-Man, there are many things you can come up with and I usually wear Ralph Lauren or Nautica, although when I can, I do get something a bit expensive, all it takes is inspiration and a little bit of creativity.

The real game changer for me was learning how to style with neutral colors only, how to layer, and getting all my pants / shirts tailored to perfection

Heres the thing, start broke. Get a sense of style, thrift and whatever you need to while trying to get more money. And finally when you get the money, keep your style but buy the same stuff with higher quality to last longer

Sup?! I'm The Writer Guy. I pop in comments on videos like this that I know a little sumpn about. For those who want a deep dive on the video's content, and get some pro tips along the way, all ya gotta do is not hate reading. Welcome in! The moral of the story is, fashion is something you buy, style is something you develop and HAVE. Style > fashion. That, and TAKE CARE OF YOUR SHIT!! Get separate laundry bags, or a 3 bin laundry hamper. So no sorting laundry. When you get undressed, toss colors/perma-press in one bag or bin, whites in another, and a 3rd one for wht I call "the 2 extremes"; delicates & denim, which you can then separate THOSE when you fill up enough of either to do a load of laundry. Once you fill up enough of any of those categories, do that load of laundry, it's ALREADY separated for you, remember?! Get in the habit of reading care tags on your clothes as though the care instructions are a text from a hot girl! Read the care instructions BEFORE buying, in person and when shopping online. Most dudes nvr even peep that when clicking to buy online. Wash everything except whites in cold, gentle cycle. When you get undressed and toss your dirty clothes into those separate bins or laundry bags I mentioned? Turn them inside out. Wash everything inside out. And don't wash denim after every wearing unless you get them ACTUALLY dirty or you sweat in them. Otherwise, only Wash jeans after the 5th wearing. Spray some fabric refresher on them, smooth them out, and hang them back up or fold them after wearing. Don't wash jeans with that load of colors/perma-press bc denim is heavy, especially when wet. Heavy wet denim will damage your shirts, underwear, socks, etc that make up your colors/perma-press load. Wipe off your shoes after every wear so your putting them away clean from the jump, and don't ever have to take time to "clean my shoes today", and they'll be much easier to clean right after wearing rather than after they sit for a while dirty. Store them in plastic bins or at least in their shoe boxes.
